    THIS IS THE WORST VACCUM! I PURCHASED 2 DAYS AGO AND USED IT YESTERDAY. IT KEEP SHUTTING OFF WITH A SENSOR STATING ROLLER HAS HAIR. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT. I ENDED UP JUST SWEEPING AN AREA CARPET BECAUSE THE VACCUM COULDN'T STAY ON LONG ENOUGH TO USE. MY DAUGHTER KEEP REMOVING THE ROLLER SO I CAN TRY AND VACCUM BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS VACCUM. NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT. I AM DEFIANTELY RETURNING TODAY.

    Horrible Support From Tineco

    Tineco Customer service is horrible. Stopped charging in a month and they have been messaging back and forth with me for over a month. One day they are going to send a new one, the next they are not. I reported them to the BBB. They have an F rating and never respond to complaints.

    Waste of money

    Don’t buy!,, It leaves streaks on floors. I tried everything tineco said to do. They sent me another machine and it did the same thing. It was a gift for my wife because we changed rugs to vinyl plank floors and I tried to make it easier to clean all the floors but that backfired. Very dissatisfied. Wasted $300

    I had such high hopes for this and it really did a terrible job. It leaked all over our floor and had to come apart in a million pieces to clean.

    Awful. The vacuum keeps messing up. It tells me the dirty water tank is full when its not, it leaves an awful oder throughout my house, and it doesn't pick up well. I wasted money on this. Trying to return npw

When there is a certain amount of water in the DWT, the voice prompt will tells you to clean it. Therefore, the DWT can't be fullfilled for product's cleaning performance. And Tineco's cleaning solution is recommended when you are using the iFloor 3. It’s tough on stains and safe to use on indoor flooring. Make sure to use the Tineco formula ONLY in order to protect the unit. Also, please active self-clean function after every use and have a thorough maintenance periodically to avoid it's own ordor.
