Powerful and lightweight Vacuum.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The amount of vacuums some may go through over the years might only be a handful, though a lot of that really depends on your house, if you have pets, and so forth. Having a dog that even though is small, but loves to shed her hair faster than it feels like it grows back puts forth a need to replace the vacuum every year or two. So far in the week that I've had the Tineco, it's been great. It's suction and cleaning capability rivals that of other much more expensive units that I've used over the years. One of those was a model that we ended up having replaced twice in warranty and it failed a third but the manufacturer felt they weren't obligated to replace it despite it being a known faulty part. I certainly hope that this unit lasts some time though. There's some nice integration with an app. I do wish that you didn't have to fumble with the app on your phone and the Vacuum at the same time to make adjustments to things like the suction. By default though, on Auto, we found it to be too much and had to adjust the suction down by a fair bit. We've got very old carpet that's seen a lot of pets and a lot of traffic over the years so the Pure One was in essence trying too hard to clean. This is of course a good thing as you know there's always more potency should you need it. The app is pretty streamlined and connecting the Vacuum was pretty easy. I appreciate that they include a hanger/cradle for the unit to sit in, though I wish that the charger was separate from it and you could just plug it in. I was a little reluctant to use as the unit doesn't sit very snug and is loose in the cradle. It shouldn't fall out, but it is a concern. There's plenty of attachments and there's even and extra filter and a cleaning tool to clean the filter. I don't recall how long the filter is supposed to last, but I imagine with having a pet, I would say the longevity will take a hit. If you're needing a lightweight Vacuum but don't want to pay a fortune for one, give Tineco a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Great Value
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently got a Tineco Pure One S11 to replace my Eufy S11. The difference is night and day. My first impression is that it’s heavier and a bit stiffer when compared to the Eufy, but it’s way stronger. With the Eufy, I would have to go over the dirty spots multiple times, especially on rugs, for the Tineco, 1 time is enough. The Tineco switches its suction power based upon if I’m vacuuming the bare floor vs. carpet, that’s an awesome feature. Compared to my even older Dyson V-8, the power is comparable if not better. The ultimate game-changer feature of the Tineco is the trigger lock, I don’t have to hold on to the vacuum trigger for it to work, I just switch on the trigger lock and go nuts. This is especially useful when I’m trying to get to certain hard-to-reach areas such as under the couch/table/bed where I have to finagle my way to the corners. The emptying of the dust bin is designed very well; I don’t have to turn it over the long way like the Eufy. Although it is slightly difficult to get the trapped/tangled air around the filter without emptying it out completely. The look of the filter and the furnishing make the vacuum feels and looks very modern. The Eufy is mainly made out of cheaper-looking plastic. I love the LED display that tells me what the issues are instead of me trying to figure it out on my own. The iLoop dust sensor that tells you if something is clean/dirty feels a bit gimmicky, but it does feel like a video game. All the accessories it came with are awesome, a bit more than I need. The cradle comes with a piece that allows you to add 2 additional attachments to store on the cradle. If you purchase an extra battery, there’s a separate holder that can charge both at the same time. This is way better than Eufy’s design as Eufy’s charging is separate from the cradle. So I have to find a separate place to store/charge my batteries. All in all, I recommend the Tineco Pure One S11, it’s money worth spent.

Better than a Dyson
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quieter than Dyson. Long battery life. Don't have to press and hold the on switch like I did with the Dyson. And the light to vacuum in darker places is a great bonus! Lower price point than Dyson too!

Vacuuming is now FUN!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a lot of research I selected this Tineco PureOne S11 Dual and it exceeds expectations. Lightweight (no more backaches from dragging my canister vacuum around) and it detatchs with ease to become a powerful hand vac suitable for removing drawer crumbs, dusting upholstery and the all-important car vacuuming. The colored dial lets you know when you've picked up ALL the debris. Did I mention its quiet too? its fascinating to see how it rolls hair up into a little ball. The dust bin is easy to empty. Touch up vacuuming is a breeze now, and the pivoting head makes getting under and around things easy. It has plenty of charge to vacuum my entire 1700 sq ft house in 1 session. I also like the continuous on switch as well as holding down the trigger for shorter jobs. The softer floor brush is key as I have wood floors throughout. The carpet brush can hang up a bit on my very old area rug...not sure if this is the rug's fault. Highly recommend this vacuum!

Deceivingly powerful
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used this Tineco cordless stick vacuum for about a week and it is overall pretty good. It is ideal for small quick jobs. Unless you have a small place, I would not recommend this as your main vacuum. The main reason I gave it 4 stars, was because of the battery life. If you select the auto setting, you will get a solid 40 minutes of juice, but if you change it to max, the battery life goes down drastically to 10 minutes. I have a good amount of stairs that are carpeted, and when I used max power, it was barely enough juice to complete them all. Other than this hangup, this vacuum is great. Out of the box, you will see plenty of accessories that it comes with. I primarily got this Tineco because I have a good size area of hardwood floors, rugs and carpet on my stairs. If there is a small area to treat in my other rooms that have carpet, then this Tineco will get the job done. The two attachments that I have primarily used is the extension for the hardwood floors (soft roller) and the attachment with the brush for carpet. The wall mount was easy to install in my garage next to a plug so I can easily recharge the battery, which will take a solid 3 hours. The vacuum has an led display that shows signals if a brush roller is tangled, or if an air channel is blocked, dust sensor malfunction and wifi signal. Another neat feature of this Tineco is the blue ring around the display which indicates to you if the area needs more cleaning. If the ring is blue, then the vacuum senses no more dirt, but if it is red, then you might want to give the area some more passes. I also love the led light that the main attachments have. It is great to have when you are vacuuming in areas where the light from the room doesn't come through. I also really liked how well this vacuum maneuvers around round corners. The last feature that I liked was the attachment that is used to clean the filter, how ingenious is this? Overall, I am very pleased with this Tineco cordless stick vacuum and would highly recommend it!

Plenty of Suction, but not alot more
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had several cordless stick vacs before, so I was anxious to see how this one fared against some of the others. Its nice and light, well made, not too loud, and has alot of attachments. While using the various attachments, I noticed how it did not pivot cleanly the way my Dyson does, plus, running the carpet cleaning power head, I noticed the roller was jumping off the carpet every few feet, refusing to stay down. The wood floor head worked fine, but the carpet power head was a big disappointment. Plus, the capacity of the dust cup is really small, and, unlike the Dyson, which has a lever that allows you to "slam" the dirt out of the cup, this one has no way to get the stuck hair and crud out of the dirt cup, without sticking your hand in and pulling it out. The filter is the machine is unusual, in that you get a filter "cleaner" which allows you to insert the dirty filter in it, run the mechanism, and it cleans your filter for you...we'll see how that works I guess for the lower cost, you get what you pay for, but I wouldnt give up my Dyson for this one..

middle of the road stick vac with Wi-Fi
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own other cordless stick vacuum's and thought this one looked like it would be great. It has a nice form factor and seems like they got the tech figured out. Boy was I wrong. This vacuum comes with a bunch of accessories. Some work relatively well, some don't. My biggest disappointment is the lack of power. It does have a button that will give you extra power, but without pushing the automax button, it just does not have much power. I have mostly hard floors, so I used the soft roller for hard floors. With the hard floor head, it does not have enough suction to pick up crumbs that are on the edge of the floor. I tried to vacuum using the side of the floor head and the front. It just will not pick up very well on the edges. Another spot that doesn't get vacuumed enough is under my couch. In order to vacuum under the couch I had to turn the vacuum sideways, but it was able to vacuum under the couch. The problem was that it looked like there was still a layer of dust on the floor. While vacuuming the vacuum would also intermittently stop. It would start again right away, but it was strange that it would randomly stop every now and then. The carpet head worked just ok on my carpet. So not really impressed with that. The upholstery head worked just fine to vacuum my fabric couch, so no issues with that. It comes with a crevice tool and that worked fine too. It comes with an app and can connect to your phone. I can't really see using that, but it is there if you want it. Overall, I found this cordless stick vac to be just average. In my opinion, it is no match for the higher end cordless stick vacs out there.

Not as great as advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this vacuum because it’s advertised so much. I’m so disappointed to say it’s not worth the $$$. It doesn’t pickup on edges of hard floors. You have to use it on Max power which makes the battery last about 15 minutes max. This is to me the same as an old fashioned dust buster. I wish I would have chosen a different brand.

Disappointed.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Carpet attachment is nearly impossible to remove because the lever doesn't go in far enough to release, I contacted Tineco Customer Care and they told me that's how it should be. Does not pick up the smallest pebbles even when max power is turned on.

Not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is only good for light pick up on hard floors. Does not work on carpet, or pet hair on fabric couches. Battery life is short, and collection cup is very small. Save your money.

Posted .Dear customer,
Thank you for shopping with Tineco. We feel regretful Tineco Pure One S11 Dual does not meet your expectation. According to your description, we understand you feel the vacuum is not working properly on carpet and fabric couches. We suggest you use it on auto mode instead of max mode on such surfaces because it will be very hard to move the brush and the suction performance will be not satisfactory. If the issue still remains, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@tineco.com. Thank you.
