DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. The suction gave out within the first month, and the whole motor died in a year. This a poor quailty Chinese product.

The vacuum doesn't stand by it self... ......,....

Ours was purchased in late May, by the time we were due to go on a trip in early June it had stopped functioning. I spent days trying to figure out what the issue was, followed instructions in the manual, tried cleaning and clearing everything and it still simply will not do any vacuuming. Biggest waste of $400 ever.

Don’t buy this vacuum. The suction is terrible. I wanted to return it so bad.

This must be my third or fourth cordless stick vacuum but the first from Tineco. My other ones were from other brands and haven’t lasted that long. I’m really hoping this one works for several years cause I really like it. First, it has plenty of power. I was surprised just how much it was picking up, yet it didn’t sound like it was that powerful. That’s because in Auto mode it uses the “iLoop” smart dust sensor which is something I haven’t seen before. There is a ring around the display that will display red when the unit is picking up dust. If there’s a lot of red you’ll actually hear the unit compensate for the extra dirt/dust by increasing the suction power. This is ingenious and helps to provide max runtime by keeping the suction power low if there’s little or nothing to pick up. Mine came with two large power attachments and both have LED lights to help you see what you are picking up. I love vacuum cleaners with their own lighting. There’s one multipurpose and one hard floor sweeper. The multipurpose works on either carpet or hard tile (all I have in my house). The hard floor sweeper though is quieter and would be great for those with more delicate floor surfaces. There’s one smaller power attachment (without lights) that I used on my upholstered couch. There are two non-powered attachments: crevice and dusting which performed as expected. The dock is wall-mounted, so avoid if you can’t or don’t have space to mount it to a wall The dock can store the unit plus just three attachments. It also comes with a pre-filter cleaner which is another attachment where you put the dirty filter inside, turn on the vacuum and let it suck all the fine dust off of the filter. It comes with two filters so you can use one while cleaning the other. I typically use stick vacuums because we rarely clean the entire house at once. Usually do a room at a time when it needs it and it’s so convenient to just grab the stick off the wall. If you try to clean an entire house or anything other than maybe a small apartment you will find the battery run-time to not be adequate as well as dumping the bin after nearly every room. I’d say the only downside is I’ve had other cordless stick vacuums that came with two batteries, one that could stay charged on the dock. I really got used to this because it allows you to easily just swap batteries and keep on going. On the flip side I’ve had stick vacuums with non-removable batteries (and don’t offer extra for sale). This Tineco, at least, can be easily removed and I can buy another one. Pros: “Smart” dust sensor Plenty of attachments Pre-filter cleaner Detachable battery Lights! Auto/max mode 40 min run time Quiet Cons: No extra battery included Overall – this is the best stick cordless vacuum I have used so far and would recommend it to anyone in the market for one. Just need to know what you can and can’t do with it. Can’t clean an entire house at once, but you can quickly clean up a big mess conveniently!

Wall mounted dock - hanging charging dock for vacuum and accessory storage to keep floor space open and free of clutter. 2 in 1 dusting brush - as described, good for small surface cleaning. Crevice tool - great for in the car around seats or any tight spaces where the larger head can't fit. We have been very pleased with this unit. It is an upgrade for us from our previous Tineco A10 hero model. I was never disappointed by my A10 but this is leaps ahead of that unit. The suction power is incredible, battery life is terrific and this comes with separate hard floor vs carpet cleaning heads. iLoop Smart Sensor Technology ensures you're cleaning everything intended and optimizing efficiency at the same time. Love that you can easily swap out multiple batteries to keep the cleaning going forever, although this unit only comes standard with a single battery. Depending on the size you need to regularly vacuum this may or may not make a difference to you or persuade you to purchase an additional secondary battery so that one can be charging while another is in use. Remove the long tube and utilize as a small lightweight handheld for stairs, cars, small spaces. Overall extremely happy with this vacuum. Does everything you could want from a vacuum in a cordless model. Would definitely recommend.

I have had both Dyson and Shark Cordless stick vacs and they both had their pros and cons. So far I'm loving the Pure One S11 from Tineco because any of the cons I had with the other brands, it has eliminated. It's lightweight, stylish and modern looking, with great battery life and lots of attachments. This vacuum comes with both a brush head for carpets and one for hardwood floors, which is awesome because other brands make you buy those separately and they aren't cheap. Swapping out the heads only takes a couple of seconds and the soft brush for the hardwoods makes a difference in getting things like pollen, dust or dander off the floor. The vac also comes with a crevice tool, a powered upholstery tool (great for pet owners), a flat crevice tool that also has a slide out brush for getting vents or baseboards, a hair cleaning tool and an attachment to clean the pre-filter. That's definitely a new one for me and I'm not sure how it will work, but I appreciate that Tineco gives you the correct tool to keep the filter clean instead of just blasting it with compressed air. I know it will eventually need to be replaced but this should help it last longer. Batter life is great if you use auto mode, which detects dirt and adjusts accordingly. There is an LED light ring on top of the canister that will be Blue unless it detects dirt, then it shows a portion as Red so you know to focus on that spot. The Red will fade to Blue almost like a countdown clock as the sensors detect no more dirt. The vac will also get louder because it's increasing suction. You can manually do this by pushing the AutoMax button for the strongest suction, but it will severely diminish your battery life and is unnecessary for the most part. I do run it full on Max setting when I'm vacuuming out the truck, but I only need 10min, which is probably close to the full runtime on Max mode. This also converts to a handheld which is helpful on stairs, in the vehicle, on furniture, etc. The attachments work no mater what configuration you're in, handheld or floor vac. Also, another great feature is the trigger lock. Other vacs you have to constantly hold the trigger, but this one you can just lock it on and go. This is really helpful, particularly getting under furniture because you have to turn the canister sideways to get the angle. It's just one more convenience that I am glad Tineco thought of. We have 2 Golden Retrievers in the house and a mix of hardwood/tile/carpet, so we need a strong vacuum that can handle all the different terrain. This vac has been doing a great job, picking up tons of hair and it's easy to handle and easy to empty. I have no complaints and would recommend it to a friend!

Was really disappointed in this vaccuum. I had been told it was as good as the dyson and this vaccuum is not even a comparsion to the dyson. Poor suction.

I read all the reviews, saw all the youtubes, bought one and was not happy with the suction. I had a Dyson V8 that was 8 years old. The reviews said it had better suction. This is not true. My 8 year old Dyson had more suction. Even in high suction mode, the suction wasn't good, and the battery lasted 5 minutes. My advice. Spend a little more and get a Dyson.

I have used a few cordless stick vacuums in the past, and this has to be my favorite. It is powerful, came with every attachment I would need to use around my house, and the battery life is plenty for my small-ish downstairs area. I wish the vacuum was able to be charged directly without having to use the wall mount dock, but it works well. I ended up mounting the wall mount in my closet, and it's off the floor and out of the way. I love the convenience of being able to just grab the vacuum and go around the living room and kitchen real quick without having to worry about plugging anything in. Once I finish vacuuming, I just plug the wall mount into power to top up the battery for next time. The carpet brush handles my living room carpet well, and the hard floor brush gets all the crumbs and dust off of my kitchen floor. I also like that the vacuum has sensors and automatically adjusts the suction power depending on how dirty the area is. Filters are easily accessible and are also very easy to keep clean. Overall highly recommend this cordless vacuum.

Everytime i used it, it would clog up very easily!
