The online mode is really fun. The campaign is good as well.

First of all the single player is great and really fun to play! Tells a great story. Multiplayer is tons of fun. The controls for the game are awesome,feels great jumping running on walls and getting in a Titan.

I bought this game having never played the first Titanfall. I am an avid fan of FPS games and wanted to transition into a different game other than Call of Duty. If you are a casual FPS gamer or even a fan of the original Titanfall, I am sure Titanfall 2 will not leave you disappointed. The game has plenty of players on multiplayer that finding matches are not a concern. The game is fairly balanced. The campaign mode would be a bit difficult to give a full review on since I have spent most of my hours on multiplayer. I have played about 4 missions into campaign and have been very impressed with it's storyline. The campaign is very fun to play as it is challenging and immersive. Overall, I would highly recommend this game.

I never played titanfall before. When i saw titanfall 2 launch, i want to get it, but then i figure i dont think it worth the $59.99 pricetag. However im a bit intrigue by the gameplay. So when i saw the price went down to $19.99 for the deluxe edition, i instantly went to best buy and get it. And im hooked...

Could not agree more with most who have played this game and said to get it for the single player campaign alone. They did a fantastic job with such a complete package for a game. Even sweeter since I picked it up when they restocked this version for $16 (GCU). This also may be the last in the series before EA decides to shoehorn the lootboxes into the series after purchasing the studio. So people who want a great single and multiplayer game, with a nice suite of content, and option DLC content you can know what you are getting when buying (not random gambling rolls), then pick this up and preserve this series' history.

Titanfall 2 takes the highly polished, engaging FPS gameplay that made the original a blast and adds a surprisingly enjoyable single player campaign. The original game lacked a story driven campaign mode and was criticized heavily. The sequel delivers around 5 hours of intense fun that secretly trains the player with solid PvP skills. Multiplayer is the heart of Titanfall 2 and the player balance has been tuned up for the better. Burn cards are gone in favor of pre-set pilot Booster skills that are available based on performance. In addition to Pilot leveling, TF2 has Weapon and Titan leveling separate, encouraging specialization. Overall, I highly recommend the game as a Multiplayer PvP entry for FPS. The Campaign mode is great and a must play, but the core of this game is online team PvP. If you aren't into PvP, there are better games for you.

This game was worth the wait and hype surrounding it, controls are tight, levels are inventive and fun, story is excellent and multiplayer is great. Recommend.

This game is absolutely fantastic. The multiplayer game modes are great, the gameplay mechanics, wall running, grapple and customizable titans are a blast, and the single player campaign is one of the most enjoyable in an FPS that I've played in a while. Throughout the campaign, certain novel mechanics are introduced (won't spoil it for you) that make you go WOAH! And then are retired before they overstay their welcome and become gimmicky, only to be replaced by another great mechanic. Overall this game is phenomenal, you'd be doing yourself a disservice not playing it!

Now that this has dropped in price, everyone should give it a shot. It's a very well done FPS with great graphics and cool world-building. Like others have said, the campaign is a little short, but it's worth every minute!

I have never played the first Titanfall because there wasn't a single-player campaign but Titanfall 2 is great for those wanting that feature. The graphics are great on the PS4 with smooth controls for both in and outside the Titan mech. It takes a little practice to learn the wall jumping but there is a "ghost" that shows how to make the jumps before you try it yourself. The sounds of the weapons have a realistic weight to them which adds to the excitement. This game is a must-have for FPS fans.

An excellent single player campaign with some surprising challenges compliments the tried and true multiplayer. Beautiful graphics, stellar soundtrack, tight controls and smooth gameplay.

This game improves upon it's predecessor with an excellent single player campaign, while retaining or improving upon most everything about multiplayer in the original game. There is some lost flexibility in the Player/Titan loadouts, but I find it doesn't impact the final product significantly. Performance is solid, and gameplay is as solid and fun as you'll find in a first person shooter. Add on the fact that DLC will be free, and you have one of the best games of 2016.

Best FPS I've played in a long time. The game is smooth, looks good, and who doesn't want to walk around in a giant Mech with a big gun? You are lieing if you said no. The single player campaign was great, and is a blast to play more than once. They left it open at the end, hopefully we'll get another campaign in the future. BF1 is fun and looks awesome, but to me TF2 is just a better fit. I can't speak for Infinite Warfare as I have not played it. Titanfall 2 is good all around, and lots of places have it on sale already. Great buy, you won't be disappointed unless you're one of these people that nothing pleases, then I just pity you and your sad life!

I don't play first person shooters whatsoever but this game is spectacular. Happy to support innovative gameplay. A total must-play game that is still enjoyable over a year after its release.

Campaign is better than many FPS I have played. I think Doom was better, but this is better than the recent CoD campaigns. Multiplayer is also a lot of fun. Took some time to get used to it, but after a few matches I am liking the style and the variety of content. I like fast paced and this has it. Titans add a cool twist that no other game I have played has. I would recommend this to anyone who likes fast paced FPS games - especially at $20!

I thought that it was odd that EA would release an FPS around the same time as Battlefield 1. However, this did not hurt the quality of the game or create any shooter fatigue. This is easily one of the best games of the year. The action is tight and fast paced with a lot of maneuverability and great weapon variety. The campaign is one of the best FPS campaigns I've played. I highly recommend this to new player and folks who loved the first game.

I had this game before and traded in to buy another game. I thought I played enough of it but I missed it with all the free DLC. I loved the campaign as well. So I had to rebuy it. I don't regret it for a second. I replayed the campaign and loved it just as much or more than the first time. I only don't like the boss fight on the aircraft. I love the variety in the campaign and I need to get good again with the mp.

One of the best game I have played in a long time. A very fun game with a great story mode and unique game play concepts. I hope they keep the Titanfall franchise going!

I mean, if you played the first one, you can skip this. I got it for PS4 - but wall running and mech shooting isn't anything new or special like it was back in the '90s. I guess if you dont have a Nintendo Switch and you're bored, pick this up
