I have been playing video games for about 20 years and I have never played a worst sequel. If you played the original Titanfall and were thinking of getting Titanfall 2 I hope you read this before buying. Cons- Multiplayer. All of it. First off, the titans are actually less customizable than in the original, or at least they seem that way. All titans now come in preset load outs that are locked to a specific weapon. There are 6 different titans and 6 different weapons, but since each different chassis is locked to a specific weapon you can no longer mix and match to create your favorite load out. The secondary weapons and abilities are also much worse. As with the primary weapons they are all locked to a specific load out. While some titans have the same secondary ability options, they must be unlocked separately by playing as each load out. Some abilities, like the electric smoke, are no longer options that can be added but are instead unlocked as you are in a titan for a certain period of time or kill/damage other players, titans, grunts etc. Basically, being able to individually create your own titan from the ground up and suited to how you play best is no longer an option. Also, the weapons in TF2 in general are much worse than the weapons found in the original. TF2 did manage to keep the fast paced game play that made the original so fun but they seemed to try and make it even faster. The titans in TF2 are much weaker than in the original. You will be lucky to stay in one for even a minute, regardless of how good of a pilot you are. The titans are way to fragile for being massive high tech 20 ft tall machines. Part of this is due to some of the titans do not even have shields any more and just have a health bar that is quickly whittled down by even the smallest projectiles hitting it. Without the shields it is pointless to rodeo a friendly titan and ride around as you instantly get blown off. This affects some game modes a lot more than others but as a person who likes variety and plays with friends, this is really annoying. For a series based on titans, they really managed to make them seem useless and weak in TF2 which pretty much ruins the series. They are no longer to be feared as they were in the original. Becoming a good titan pilot and getting used to your weapon and load out and developing a strategy for fighting are no longer useful. As for pilot combat that too has become worse. Several weapons and abilities are vastly overpowered and you will find out which ones they are quick as every one uses them. With the weak titans and over powered pilot load outs the game has been reduced to a bunch of people running around like Rambo. The days of strategy, treading carefully and having to plan your movements and attacks that were the key to being successful in the first one are long gone. This has given way to putting a gun on your hip and running and firing without a thought in the world. What would have gotten killed instantly in the first is now how you win. After trying to give the game a fair chance and playing for more time than was necessary in hindsight, the game never got any better and just lacked everything that made the original so great. My friends and I have decided that if we ever want to have fun playing Titanfall, we will play the original. Pros - Campaign! If I did not buy this game for the multiplayer, this would have made the game for me. This was one of the best campaigns I have played in a very long time and was something the first Titanfall was definitely missing. If you are ever thinking about buying a Titanfall game, get the original. If you already have it then good, you don't need to buy Titanfall 2. It will only let you down.

Best campaign in an FPS since Halo 4. Very fun gameplay and good story.

This is a good change up for people who like COD. The gameplay is similar yet totally unique. The maps are more expansive and the different levels of combat from pilot to pilot to titan to grunts make the experience deeper and battles more exciting.

Titanfall 2 is such a amazing game, and I don't know why it is underrated. It is one of the best shooters that have came out recently besides BF1. The campaign for this is really really reallllly fun , and everyone should check it out.

The campaign is well worth it. The online play and customization of your online Titan and Pilot is awesome.

I believe this is what Titanfall ! was supposed to be. The campaign alone is much better than the little sandbox campaign from the first one. I cannot put this game down and i havent even touched the multiplayer yet

Short but very fun campaign. This game MP has everything COD is missing. Everything in this game is faster and smoother (jumping, running, sliding). Glad i got this because i really dont like IW that much.

The campaign is a little on the easy side and you won't really give too much a care for the characters themselves, but the gameplay is so fun. Hook up with your friends for a good online experience too.

If you want to enjoy a great solo game ,this is it ,but if you are a gamer that play multiplayer ,THIS IS THE GAME GUYS!!! So much to choose and the online play is so much FUN..GET IT ! you wont regret .

From quality graphic to general movement respawn has gone above and beyond with the sequel to the first titanfall.

Titanfall 2 adds to the original game, improving upon what was already a great FPS. The addition of new titans, abilities, and weapons along with a campaign and new game modes makes this a fun sequel to the first game.

Really like the campaign. You might get bored with it like I did... my problem was I got it along with Battlefield and COD. I haven't played it much after playing the campaign but I do like it.

Bought and returned because we already had the game, but the game is great, my son plays it all the time.

They included a campaign, which was my major beef with the first game. Really well executed and fun

Really cool first-person shooter type game with more things to do. Visuals are awesome, storyline is cool. Didn't play the previous ones.
