This game grabs the shooter genre by the horns throws it aside and creates a whole new world. Fast paced action, diverse battle scenarios, heart pounding excitement, and breathtaking visuals. This game truly is the whole package and one that I can not see myself getting board with any time soon. What I like about this game is that the campaign mode takes place online as you begin fighting for the alliance against the rebels, you and your team of other online players battle it out on each map in a mixture of classic matchmaking battles vs a team of rebels who are also composed of other online players. Since Titanfall seems to require that you have an Xbox Live subscription to play it is both the greatest and weakest points of the game. There are some Xbox players that do not have an online subscription because they are content with playing offline and in the campaign only, but since this game takes place completely online it is a must. Enjoy the game and make the investment!!!

I was lucky enough to play the Alpha and Beta release of this game prior to general release so I knew that was the next big title for me to own. It has not disappointed me so far with all the multiplayer action. There are so many things going on with Pilots, A.I. and of course the Titans that you are constantly on guard but looking for that next kill at the same time. The ability to customize your Pilot and Titan comes with ranking up and that makes sense to me as you have to play more to be able to do more. The ability to "rodeo" an opponent's Titan and take it down is one of the best moments you will feel besides ripping another pilot out of his Titan with yours. You can string jumps together to navigate dilapidated buildings, side-run against suspended walls and hang against ledges and platforms all in one sequence. Titanfall starts you off as a pilot capable of these movements. You're outfitted with a jetpack of sorts that lets you jump and double-jump across each map.

I used to play this on Xbox 360 but since I went to the xbox one this was a major improvement!

I love single player campaigns, and it really was a disappointment for it to be missing from this game. That's the only negative thing I have to say. Multiplayer is as groundbreaking as MW1 was. The balance of Titan against Pilot, the bots mixed in for fodder, it all blends perfectly.

The gameplay is great and the graphics are good but I expected more from the xbox one version,heck I expected more from the whole game in general. I have seen a lot of pop up when moving around.You get half a game for full price. Multiplayer only. No single player campaign. The developers and game media outlets never really mentioned this when the game was being praised for almost a whole year since it was announced. They are trying to get around the single player mode by saying you get multiplayer campaign which is difficult to follow if you are interested in story.If you are a big online gamer that likes shooters then this game is for you if not dont waste your money. It would be a good value at 39.99 not full price.

I love that it's only available for online play because it forces me to play with my friends!

Great game but no one told me that you have to pay a monthly subscription to keep playing

Titanfall is the future of multiplayer FPS games. It blows open the tried and true Call of Duty formula by adding mechs and verticality, adding a whole new dimension to the gameplay. Matches are short, fun and intense. My only complain so far is the lack of a single player campaign.

Multiplayer only, reminds me of COD with mechs. Fun for a couple of hours.

this game is great having both giant mechs and infantry work together and you can choose what you want to be and there is more parkour in this instead of small jumps and leaps in most first person shooters you can actually jump on top of buildings run on the walls and run up the walls. the game mechanics have changed for the first person shooter and I like it that is the main reason I like this game but in the campaign mode is where I dropped the rating a little because you play online and with other people, no single player mode at all, no cutscenes to learn about the story all you hear is voices in the background as a story and barely and explaining how the milita, the I.M.C. or the Titans came to be in the game at all, so I like this game for its classic mulitplayer modes and new mechanics but the campaign needs alot more work if they plan to make more Titanfall games

Optional tutorial helps a lot on teaching you to play. The Campaign is a series of 9 multiplayer matches with in game narrations, picture in picture CG characters, etc. Playing it 1st time through will unlock the stryder titan, while 2nd time unlocks the ogre titan. Multiplayer has various maps, & modes, such as attrition (aka death match, capture the flag, last titan standing, hardpoint (aka domination/conquest), pilot hunter (like deathmatch but only pilot kills count), & variety pack, which is a combo of all the modes. Certain maps may have giant aliens, turrets, & or zip-lines to interact with Pilots & titans each have different load outs to customize from & you have multiple slots to save them. There are in game challenges/achievements to help gain extra exp or burn cards. Also, like perks, there's burn cards which you equip to certain slots & can be activated for 1 time use till you get killed. But you can earn more by playing multiplayer.

1 year old still the best game ever. for xbox one this is the best graphics output game
