Great shooter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like shooters. This game is for you. It has fresh new take on the genre. You can double jump and wall sprint. Of course the main attraction is the Titans. Controlling giant mechs is awesome.

Best game I've ever played. Period.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a gamer since the original Nintendo with super mario brothers, river city ransom, megaman and the like as well as an early adopter of the N64 and the Xbox when it was first released. I have played hundreds of different games along with all the blockbuster games (the entire halo series, most of the COD series, Bioshock, and many others) and I can say without a doubt that this is the best game I have ever played period. There's never a dull moment and the movement is mind blowing. I constantly find myself saying "xbox record that... and that... record that too..." because it seems like every moment in the game is epic in one way or another. At first I thought this game wan't going to be good for hardcore gamers who only play counter strike and hate the constant lucky grenades, spawn kills, and dumb luck kills that seem to plague the COD series. After putting 11 hours of game time into this game so far I've found that hardcore gamers will love this too because there is a very high skill cap. You can't just master lateral movements and aiming and think you'll be good at this game. Instead of just aiming horizontally and strafing you have to aim horizontally and vertically while strafe, jump up walls and moving significantly faster than most other FPS games I've played. The really skilled players in this game seem almost untouchable which is great because there is always room to improve. On the flip side there is also a high skill floor for players who are just getting into the game because of the NPCs (Non Playable Characters) AKA bots. It gives new players the satisfaction of still being able to rack up kills and have fun even if they can't successfully go toe to toe with experienced players. I am thoroughly impressed with this game and am looking forward to see what else Respawn produces. If there ever was a "COD killer" this would be it.

An action packed FPS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is no ordinary FPS though. Intense action in this online only game is a constant. Large Titan robots fighting fighting amongst a battlefield of troops leads to quite the amazing experience.

Balanced FPS. No single player campaign.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this game a lot, but it is not the killer app that will make you pick a next-gen console. The graphics are great, and the gameplay is balanced, but you need to be online to play. I like that the teams are small (6 vs 6) and there are bots to shoot. This helps with the game balancing (my hands don't twitch as fast as others). Also, there is no single player campaign. For $50 bucks, it should have come with one. Let's see what the "season" brings.

redefining online multi player.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After years of the same old call of duty rinse and repeat games I grew tired of playing online. Titanfall craps on everything currently available for next/new generation. This game was created by the two guys that created the call of duty franchise. They started from scratch and created a masterpiece online only multiplayer game. You will have a blast with this. Just buy it. There is no single player campaign. This is multiplayer only. You must have xbox live gold. Enjoy!

Good multiplayer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid multiplayer action. Being that the map packs are free and the price point was $7.99 when I bought it, it was well worth the money.

Best game for the Xbox One to date!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is great. Don't know why they included campaign mode, it's basically online mode, but with people talking in the background. Meaning each chapter is just a different online game type (hardpoint, attrition) with AI talking in the background. Kind of pointless, other than background forgame setting I guess. Other than than, actiin really doesnt stop. and at the end of each round, win or lose, epilogues are awesome! Getting into a dropship under fire is amazing!!!

Titanfall is all that the reviews promised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the age of Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo - it's a hard genre to break into. But Respawn, the founders of Infinity Ward (Call of Duty) and a large number of the developers from Infinity Ward have succeeded in making their mark. This genre, that they may not have actually invented but have absolutely dominated, continues to have legs. And, in this case, parkour, wall running, jump packs, wall hanging, and generally using horizontal and vertical to take the genre into a new direction... Up, out, and fast, frenetic action. Add to that the ability to earn the right to call in a Titan - essentially a 20 ft. tall armored and armed killing machine - you've got the best of all worlds. Some have complained that the 6 x 6 action is not big enough. However, Respawn added a bucketload of smart non-playable characters that are on your (and the opponent's team) that - if you listen, talk about the action and will even clue you in when they see another pilot, discuss the war, their personal lives, etc. In this way, even the NPC are cool and are an integral part of the game mix. For current players of Halo, BF, CoD, the controls are familiar, the action is not unfamiliar... Except, of course, when the big mechs drop in. Then, it's nothing like any of those. This is new, fresh, but familiar. Kind of like fleece pajama pants. There is nothing new in pajama pants, but they really feel good... It's all about the print, presentation and fun. And Titanfall delivers there, too. Simply put, Titanfall is the first major hit of the year, and delivers on all of the promises that were made at last year's E3 conference. 70 awards? You mean that's ALL? Yeah - it's that good.... Respawn has absolutely established themselves as the Smart Guys and Gals in the FPS genre, because they did it AGAIN with a brand new intellectual property.

My Son Loves It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son who loves it. He has been playing it with a friend on X-box Live. They had enough fun, that a third friend bought Titan fall just so he could play with them.

First big title
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game comes with a bunch of maps to keep things fresh and new. Theres a decent amount of play modes nothing like cod but it is a new franchise. Starting off its kinda frustrating seeing a party of people who play the game so much and your trying to learn it, i can see why people turn their heads at online modes now. The game is very easy to learn and the titans dont get boring. If you are a fan of the originally good call of duties you will appreciate this game

Fun game and a great change in the shooter games.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all I have to say its a great game exiting and fast pace. Definitely a breath of fresh air for games who enjoy shooters. Love the fact you control mechs and the jumping around to high points in the map. As far as the story line it could have been done better. The way it's done players mostly will just go out an kill to get points and titans. I would have enjoyed it more if it was kept in the more traditional story telling. Great game and recommend you get it.

Solid Game Could be 5 Stars
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gotta say I love Titanfall... it's the best and technically only game I have on my Xbox One (not including killer instinct). If you're a fan of Call of Duty you'll feel at home with Titanfall. However understand that Titanfall is NO Call of Duty clone... as far as basic game play mechanics go the formula is similar - but that's where the similarities die. Titanfall feels like an overall smoother more polished product where it counts. The gunfights are fast, always interesting and very rewarding when you pull off great feats. The addition of the Titans takes the game to a whole different level. I could go on and on but in short the game is just loads of fun. I'd love to sit here and give this great game 5 stars but the game itself is so good, that it's shortcomings pretty much slap you in the face. Why can't I customize my loadout titles? Why can't I customize my character or my Titan? I know this is the first iteration of the game but its multiplayer only... why aren't there more guns? more game modes (not really a big issue for me)? more maps? The game is so fun and addictive once you unlock everything all you're left with is the feeling that you want to do more... you need more... more Titanfall... more options and more ways to play. Its not a terrible thing but you'd expect for a multiplayer only game they would have added all of this stuff to leave the competition with no easy reason/ability to bash what Titanfall offers. I hear they will be bringing some features that are missing in future updates... which will make the game even better and earn them that last STAR in my book. If you have an Xbox One... this is a must buy (if you like first person shooters)

This game is great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome first person shooter with the addition of giant robots (titans). Even though there is no single player campaign the online play is great. Only wish more people played this game.

One of the best games on Xbox one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for my brother since it was on sale for $7. I have had mine since day one. I love Titanfall its even better than CoD in my opinion. If you own an XBOX ONE this is a must have.

addictive, but could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TF is a great game. It's a Call of Duty game on steroids. So, if you like CoD, you will love TF. The is pretty smooth. I have not seen any lags. The graphics are awesome. The action is very intense, but overwhelming at times. There are lot's of new things to love like the Titans, and the extra AIs on the battlefield. My biggest complain is the lack of private matches, but they are supposed to fix that soon; and matches feel a bit short.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like call of duty with giant mechs you can get in with a bit on free running thrown in then you should like Titanfall. Not much of a campaign but fun to play online

Fresh FPS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Titanfall is a really good game. Great graphics and gameplay is comfortable but feels new and fresh for a FPS. The balance between pilots and titans is very well balanced. Only downside is a lack of a true campaign. The campaign is really just random multiplayer maps and modes. There is really no story arc and not much background to the story. It has a great multiplayer unlock system that keeps you interested in progressing. The game just feels fun.

The New Standard in Multiplayer FPS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TitanFall has lived up to it's hype and then some. This game is not only amazingly fun to play, but cold set the standard for a new E-sport. This game makes Call Of Duty look obsolete. The character movement is fast and fluid and the Titans bring and ever changing environment to the battlefield. They are a great balance of power and maneuverability without feeling like they are unstoppable. This is a game I will be playing for a long time to come.

Pretty Good multiplayer game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The multiplayer is pretty good, but the replay factor is not as high as some of the better titles out there. Destiny, COD, and Battlefield all have a higher replay appeal.
