Optional tutorial helps a lot on teaching you to play. The Campaign is a series of 9 multiplayer matches with in game narrations, picture in picture CG characters, etc. Playing it 1st time through will unlock the stryder titan, while 2nd time unlocks the ogre titan. Multiplayer has various maps, & modes, such as attrition (aka death match, capture the flag, last titan standing, hardpoint (aka domination/conquest), pilot hunter (like deathmatch but only pilot kills count), & variety pack, which is a combo of all the modes. Certain maps may have giant aliens, turrets, & or zip-lines to interact with Pilots & titans each have different load outs to customize from & you have multiple slots to save them. There are in game challenges/achievements to help gain extra exp or burn cards. Also, like perks, there's burn cards which you equip to certain slots & can be activated for 1 time use till you get killed. But you can earn more by playing multiplayer.

If you're an avid FPS player, I think you'll have fun picking this game up and giving it a moment of your time. It's a different experience than the normal run and gun like your typical Call of Duty. In order to be a great player in this game you'll need to master wall running.

This is a must have game for the Xbox One. The game play is extremely fun and has multiple ways to fight the opposition. One thing is that this game relys heavily on the online multiplayer concept so for those looking for an extensive story mode, you may be disappointed.

Game play is pretty good . Look forward to the next one the Titans were kind of stiff .

Titanfall is a very good game, it attempts to do something different. Titanfall is not, however, a reason to buy an Xbone. Realistically, there's not a whole lot that separates this from Battlefield 4 (aside from the whole the game works all the time), it attempts to do lots of stuff differently from other multiplayer games but there's still several things missing from the matchmaking that a multiplayer only game will have. If you have an Xbone, by Titanfall, it's an awesome game and one the most fun experiences on a next gen system. If you have a PS4 and want an Xbone too, buy the Titanfall bundle...tremendous value. If you're teetering between a PS4/Xbone, however or are trying to decide which system to buy...Titanfall is NOT a tipping point. It's a nice bonus if you already have a system or want to buy an Xbone anyways, that being said I cannot recommend someone buy an Xbone on Titanfall alone.

Very fun game to play, especially multiplayer mode. I definitely recommend to anybody.

this game is about the story of aliens, like halo, but this is a better shooting game.

Great game. I like everything about the game. I don't play call of duty ghosts anymore. Graphics and gameplay are amazing. I will recommend this game to everyone. Plays exactly like call of duty controlls. Which makes it an easy transition. This game is definately worth it.

All the hype about Titanfall is real the graphics are great and the gameplay is ridiculously good. I could spend hours playing rhis game with friends. Best buy also did a promo on returning games with 100% extra store credit on the value of your trade ins towards this game.

First person shooter fans should rejoice. Titanfall offers fresh ideas to a genre that was stuck in producing the same game every year. Although the campaign is short and not really intriguing, the new ideas brought to the classic multiplayer makes this game worth the buy!

The gameplay is great and the graphics are good but I expected more from the xbox one version,heck I expected more from the whole game in general. I have seen a lot of pop up when moving around.You get half a game for full price. Multiplayer only. No single player campaign. The developers and game media outlets never really mentioned this when the game was being praised for almost a whole year since it was announced. They are trying to get around the single player mode by saying you get multiplayer campaign which is difficult to follow if you are interested in story.If you are a big online gamer that likes shooters then this game is for you if not dont waste your money. It would be a good value at 39.99 not full price.

If you are looking for the "Michael Bay - Transformers" equivalent of video games, this is it. Titanfall will prove that new and innovative ideas that have big production value still exist in the video game world. This title has NO single player campaign. -You read that correctly. Even the "campaign" has a multi-player component to it. The story mode pits you against live opponents to succeed or fail in a worldwide arena. This means that the campaign "levels" are never the same. You will face real world competitors who are working to destroy you as much as you are working to win. As you'd expect, there's an experience system that rewards you with new weapons and abilities. But even the "noob" won't feel totally outclassed -- the system is very fair. In short, this game will make anyone a fanboy of the Xbox platform. This is THE must-own title for your Xbox One. As everyone who sees you play this game will wish they had it.
