Game play is incredibly balanced, fast paced, and fun.

Some background about me, I am a big fan of the Call of Duty classics (Modern Warfare 1 & 2, Black Ops 1,), and now playing Battlefield on XBox One. I have been disappointed in the latest few Call of Duty games and that's why I have moved to Battlefield. I wouldn't say I would be the best player but above average in FPS. Titanfall is a good, not great, start to what I could see as a long line of multiplayer focused title games. I found it fun in the Beta but once the "new" wore off, I haven't picked it up since. I will go over the pros and cons that I found from this game: Pros: Focused on multiplayer: This is a FPS multiplayer game only and need to connected to the internet to play. This is a good start since most of your hardcore gamers love just playing against other people. This also helps fixing bugs and rolling out DLC and updates and do not have to worry about campaign. Anyone can pick it up and be decent Many FPS (Call of Duty, Battlefield, etc) take some time to adjust and figure out the play style to be decent and have a good time. Titanfall is a type of game where if you've never played a FPS multiplayer game, you will still do decent because everyone will get a titan eventually. Very Fast Paced Compared to other FPS, this is the fastest pace game, almost too fast paced. Cons: No Campaign I always love playing the campaign because it tells the story of the game. Also, this helps refine the controls and get use to the game controls. With no campaign, you have to learn on the fly. Also, for those people that are achievement hunters, campaign is an easy way to get points. First of the series Since this is the first from this game developer, the game is behind in the game. The maps are small (6 vs 6) and weapons are limited. For being focused on multiplayer, I would have expected a lot more. Game doesn't take much skill to play Anyone can pick it up and play and be decent. With no "kill streaks" and everyone getting a titan eventually, there is really no motivation to go after other users and just go after NPCs in certain game types since kills of any type will get your titan quicker. Addiction level Usually I find multiplayer FPS games addicting, every free minute would be spent on playing and leveling up. This game I haven't had that kind of excitement. I remember playing the Call of Duty series games hours on end. I am lucky to play a few hours of this game a week. In closing, I think this is a good start to many multiplayer focused games coming to both new systems in the future if this game takes off. As more of a hardcore gamer, I didn't find this game that fun or entertaining. Is it worth the price new game price or to wait until it comes down? If I were to do it again, I would wait until it came on sale.

Titanfall is awesome. It's basically call of duty, but way better. You can just do more, and the titans make it a lot better then your normal first person shooters! I'm really disappointed in then 792P resolution, and not true 1080P. Any game on the xbox one should be presented in 1080p, but not all are...like Titanfall! Overall i really like titianfall so far. I would recommend this game to anyone interested, but it's basically a upgraded call of duty experience. Prepare for Titanfall!

Great game but its only online play no local missions

Fun game all around. But probably only for casual and competitive gamers. There isn't much as far as story goes in the multiplayer campaign. Really enjoy the mechanics and the pace of the game. Solid FPS on the Xbox One.

No, it's not like CoD with wallrunning. (If anything, the movement of Titanfall, specifically its emphasis on momentum, makes it play more like an arena shooter.) No, it's not dead. The map packs are free ($25 previously). The game will take some effort to get used to, but it's well worth your while, especially at the price.

Love playing this game it's hard to turn off very fun

This game is pretty awesome. I love the titans and the weapons on this game. I bought it primarily as a gift for my boyfriend but I actually played and it is a pretty cool game. Like Call of Duty but with giant robots.

My this game is better then call of duty ghosts it has some amazing cool maps in weapons I just can't explain how much in love with this game it has to be #1 game right know to be play all people in teens and kids too.

Ok two days into this game. After the long download then the lengthy game update I was ready to play(come on Microsoft get the auto updated already) the game is cool an it is nice to play something different then call of duty. The game is intense and easy to lose time while playing. I do enjoy it currently but I am afraid with a few more weeks may become repetitive it is similar in style to all shoot em up games. As all player are new currently we are on a level playing field. I do think though. This game may turn like COD as players get better with sniper rifles. One hit kill weapons. I wish they would have left these out of Titan fall. The game is fun don't get me wrong and plays well. It is worth the purchase still.

Titanfall is fast paced, energetic and brings new concepts and gameplay to first person shooters. Graphics are stunning and controls are smooth. Most addicting game since Halo CE. I'd recommend this to any live gamer.
