Been using this box for 2years now and it is still going great. It receives updates from TiVo every few months and keeps on working as expected. Would suggest an external HD if you want to save more than 100 to 150 shows.

Just plug an OTA antenna into the this TiVo and you are good to go (we are using a mohu leaf) Nothing beats the TiVo interface a normal cable or satellite DVR can compete

This along with a year subcribtion was a gift to my granddaughter. I loved it as much as she did. If I could get ota at my location I would buy a tivo this year she is getting a new tivo without fees

We love Roamio, the only thing is that it doesn't have enough memory for my needs I understand now that it has to allocate time for ea program you program in so it runs out of memory fast. I am about to buy extra memory to add and it will be perfect. It surely beats to pay for cable, pay for view or even dvd rental!

I have always been a Tivo customer. This Tivo unit is the only one that I have found for full time off the air recording. I am planning a split from cable to an antenna system. This is just what I needed!

Paid $50 for the tivo a don't like subscription which is $15mo. But the price is affordable most dvr run more than $200. The tivo is not bad but there are a few things that bug me. It records suggested shows which i don't want. Can't add apps because it's password protected. And sometimes the audio goes out which then I have to turn off the tivo and tv for a minute. Would have scored higher if for not these things.

Works geat for over the air TV. Nice interface and program guide. Just what you need to cut the cord to the cable companies.

This product is my answer to saving money on cable bills. It is remarkably easy to set up and the remote control is of very good quality. I highly recommend this dvr for anyone who wants to record multiple programming.

Needed to cut the cable cord but love having a DVR. This is the best of both worlds. DVR service for OTA TV. Now instead of $100/mo. for a bunch of channels I never really watch, I am paying $15/mo.

TiVo recorder works great for us we got rid of satellite do to high charge. Got a arena we needed to record tv shows when we were gone works great.

I like the TIVO romeo a lot. I was always disappointed because we are in a remote area and don't have cable. I would have rated it higher if it had come with a manual .

I use an outdoor antennae, and this Tivo DVR pulls in signal better than my previous Premiere. Guide is user friendly, and the streaming apps are great.

We bought this Tivo along with an OTA antenna and it is absolutely amazing. We record our favorite network shows. It can be set to record every episode, and then watch when we want to watch. With $8 for Netflix and $15 for the Tivo subscription, we have all the TV we want to watch for $23 a month.

Save time and cut the cable. Better quality picture the with U-Verse. Needed a means to record and save programs. Added Netflix and you will be greatly surprised. Better quality at $14.99 PER MONTH

We went cable free but still wanted to be able to record some of our shows and the Tivo was the best option and has worked out great. I love the skip commercial feature. The only downfall is it can only be hooked up to the TV via HDMI and my TV is old and doesn't work well with HDMI (the sound goes out occasionally).

The TIVO Roamio offers a lot for the price--4 channels of recording and a convenient program guide. The remote is not at all intuitive--it takes a while to get used to using it. The monthly fee is reasonable considering the convenience this device offers.

I recently canceled cable and I needed a recording device. This product was recommended by a few websites. The remote control is easy to use and the features are good.

I woul recommend this to anyone who wants to replace their satellite or cable TV DVR.
