I liked his first album better. I get this album had it's concept and it was a very expressive project but I didn't feel like any of the songs really stuck out to me like like they did in GKMC

I was throughly disappointed with this outing of Kendrick he could have done much better songs are the big releases way to far out in left field of most of the tracks

Kendrick expresses his opinions through his socially conscious raps on this album. It is a medley of jazz, hip-hop, funk, and spoken word. It absolutely works!

Good Kid, M.A.A.D City is the better album. If you're not a fan of the Kendrick on GKMC, this album might be for you because they are two different albums.

It was not what i exspected with all the hype from the compton album this threw me for a little loop but grew on me as time went on

I loved Kendrick's previous albums. This album is just weird. Not hating on Kendrick. This album was totally different. Not my favorite.
