Problematic games

It would be nice if they could arrange for you to get it the same day it comes out instead of 3-4 later. The box was damaged, my PS4 keeps saying it can't read the CD every so often and a few more software complaints like too slow. Too many glitches etc. I have to go to the store and exchange it now
