Major server problems

I keep getting error messages, connection failure messages, it will freeze and lag if do get into a match before it kicks me out. Ubisoft website has a forum section were several people complain about the same thing with no help or response from the support team. I don't think they know what to do to handle the mass amount of people playing on multilayer on their servers. I thought it was my Internet but it is fine and I put in COD 3 on multilayer and it worked great. Does Ubisoft care about this issue and it customers who can't play a game that they bought? I've waited a long time for this game and I can't play it!!! Beyond mad about this. Ubisoft fix this issue!!

This game is garbage

They want you to pay 30$ each for a multiple season passes to get 4 additional characters. The game play is horrible. There are no tactics. No teamwork. The guns are inconsistent. Impact granades are paperweights. The shooting mechanics are terrible. Save your money. This is a total waste.
