I'm more into sports games, but this was a fun game

While this game is visually stunning and the story line is decent, there are so many cut-tos of video scenes that it feels more like watching a movie at times than playing a game. So it's taking forever to make much progress.

I found this game a little too movie role style. A few too many motion action interaction, and video clips, the txt reading and voices out the remote was interesting. Got board of it after the first two levels though.

Everything is fine. Screen looks good. But it feels like a toy. I ended up returning it and getting the Samsung. Really no difference except for the feel and i like the extra weight of the Samsung

I thought that this was fun but i got bored after not too long and haven't played it again. There is just nothing new or exciting about this game. Maybe I'll play it again after I get bored with better games.

It's a good game but the problem is, for example in a certain level there is more than one place to explore its like an endless adventure in every single level. It literally causes headaches.

Having already played this game when it was released on the PS3 I decided to pick it up again for the PS4 to fill in the next gen gap until Destiny. And let me tell you this. This game is even more awesome. Story wise it’s a solid narrative of Lara Croft becoming Tomb Raider. Controls are spot on with climbing and shooting. And the graphics are truly next gen. It’s really amazing how good this game looks. If you’ve already played Tomb Raider on PS3/360, the Definitive Version lives up to its name and worth buying again.

I received this game as a present along with the PS4 console. I ended up returning it as I wanted Killzone: Shadow Fall more than another Tomb Raider game.

Love the tomb raider game but this one a little different. Lots of violence and not a lot of direction

I don't understand why this game won any awards, the gameplay is boring and repetitive, the weapon system sucks and is unrealistic, and the story is basically non-existent. Some of the gameplay mechanics, such as moving through tight spaces half submerged in water (you will do this a lot) are just awkward.

The game was just too dark...story line wasn't that great...just not what I was expecting.

I was looking for a game my kids would like but the game is for a lil of a older crowd.

Good game, but too close to the pack. Tomb Raider should be more exploration and less battling.

Game gets kind of confusing at times. No real direction or goal of it.

My experience is that Reboots generally don't work, but for the Tomb Raider series this is absolutely fantastic. I played (and loved!) all of the old generation games but I have to admit that the series was getting stale. This is just what it needed. The graphics are stunning and the game play is flawless on the PS4. I already can't wait for the next one and I haven't even finished this one yet!
