great graphics great gameplay and an even better storyline

I've been playing Tomb Raider since it's inception. If you love the video game franchise of this series, you will not be disappointed. This game puts her at the beginning of her life as a tomb raider (though that is not why she is out). This all happens by accident, and she adapts to her challenges very well; though not by choice. It's a system of survival for her, and her friends. She learns of double-cross and deceit the hard way. It has her getting to know herself as a young hero, and awakening her senses of becoming a new and different woman. Unlike the previous tomb raiders, she doesn't have her modern day weapons of choice, but learns how to construct her weapons, and make them stronger as she gets deeper in her story. But she does eventually, get more powerful weapons as she defeats her enemies. Overall, you will enjoy this game!

My daughter wanted the older version of Tomb Raider. She loves this game. The graphics are great and it is really entertaining.

I had not previously played the Tomb Raider series, but this reboot of the series was very enjoyable. If you played and enjoyed the Uncharted series, then this game is right up your alley. Good story, good gameplay. Very little negative. I am definitely going to start keeping up with this series if it maintains this level of quality.

This is a fantastic return to a classic franchise that was in need of some fresh paint. The new Tomb Raider brings a more believable protagonist in a heart pounding adventure that brings together the best bits of the modern games of today. The definitive edition for PS4 is the best version on consoles, with superior graphics from the earlier versions.

Tomb Raider is one of the top two games that have been remastered for the PS4 (the other one is The Last of Us). Great visuals running at a buttery-smooth 60 frames per second makes all the difference in the world. If you are a fan of the Uncharted games on the PS3, or even slightly like action-adventure movies like Indiana Jones, Tomb Raider is a must for your PS4 library.

I went into this game expecting something average to kill sometime in between other games. I was blown away instead. The story reeled me in from the opening minutes and never let go until the credits rolled. The game arrived in perfect condition and worked flawlessly. I couldn't see any damage to the game, case or shipping package. Quality best buy service again.

I owned this game on ps3 so I knew I had to get it for ps4. I was very surprised (in a good way) when I found a pre-owned copy on bb.com for cheap. $14.99 at this time. Which is a very great deal, for a very great game. It arrived to the store on time and since it was a physical disc, I just went and picked it up. No hassles. I would DEFINITELY do this again!

I played this game on the XBOX but the PS4 version has awesome graphics. Game play is very good and story line is interesting enough.

I originally played the game on xbox 360when it first came out and remember being unexpectedly surprised at how enjoyable the game was. Now with a next gen console, I thought it worth the purchase to see how the game played 2 years later. Wow, the game gets better with age. Thoroughly enjoyed once again the outstanding graphics and game pace & mechanics.

After finishing "Last of Us", I was looking for another good game like "Last of Us", and I picked this one. Story is quite interesting, especially, I know the previous Lara's adventures, and this is the beginning of her. Attractive story line, and plots. Look forward to PS4 version of RISE of Tomb Raider this December.

I purchased Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition (PS4) pre-owned from Best Buy and the game arrived complete and in excellent condition. The game plays perfect and it a must play game for anyone who missed out on it previously. The game looks great on the PlayStation 4 and plays very well. This is a great action/adventure game and an excellent reboot for the Tomb Raider franchise, though it needs more tombs with harder challenges. I would highly recommend playing this game before the sequel comes out this fall.
