You cancelled my order without my permission! Very frysteating

Did not get to use it as it wont connect no matter what i do. Piece if expensive garbage

I really had high hopes this is item but it's nothing fancy or educational .....that a simple bluetooth speaker can't do. If you lose the " Tonie" aka Puppy .... you will have to re buy another or don't use it all. Secondly, you can only listen to English songs - no other options languages are available. Definitely returning the item.

I can't take leave a review on the product. I have not been able to set it up. I have wrote the company many times with support question with no success. I am very disappointed with the support of the company. Don't know if i would recommend this product. So sad my 3 year old can't evan use his christmas present .

Will be returning. Unable to connect to Tonie server. Extremely poor customer support. No phone support. Asked to pay for customer support.

Really loved watching my grandchild interact with this toy. The music and stories were great and it is easy for travel. The characters were appropriate and grandchild loved them

Why do you need internet to even use this thing? By now most peoples internet is on a 5g network. This thing only use 2.4 ghz connections. Looked up my router on how to switch it and it doesnt work and believe me I tried everything. After that the control on this will test your short term memory. Teaching our 2 and 1/2 wasnt easy. At the point i got so frustrated, I ended up returned it. Until there is a second gen i wont be recommending anyone getting

The Tonie box is so amazing! My 3 and 5 year old love listening to the different Tonies and it’s something my 3 year old is able to do independently. I love the variety of different Tonies available. This is a must have product for your kid!

The kids love it, but its nor loud enough for them. I dont know if the problem is with this specific unit', but the volume is really low.

My nearly 4 year old son and my 1 year old daughter absolutely love our Toniebox. It gets daily use, and we keep adding to our character collection (which is great for mom and dad's sanity). I love that it offers a screen-free entertainment option and am impressed with how well it's held up to some preeeeetty rough play. Both kids can start music, adjust volume up and down, and navigate between songs. We originally got this for our son on his second birthday and nearly two years later - it's still a hit!

My 3 year old uses the Toniebox every day. She can operate it on her own, listen to music, stories at her own pace. She loves her Toniebox and every time we have friends of hers over they love using it too. It’s always a huge hit. So glad we have this off screen option that keeps her engaged. Love that grandparents can record a story, too

This is by far my daughter's (4) favorite toy she has ever received. It is a great alternative to screen time, interactive without being distracting, and has so many great characters. We are actually buying this current one for one of our favorite preschool teachers because we know this will be an amazing, fun addition to her classroom.

I am so glad I learned about the tonie box. We got our daughter one when she was around 10 months old and she’s almost Two now. She loves the different characters and songs. It’s a great way to entertain kids and easy to carry around. The tonie box doesn’t have to be charged too often which is another great thing about it.

Amaizing for any kids age .. my grandchildrens 5- 8 years old they just love it

We absolutely love our Toniebox! We've had one for almost a year now and my 4-year-old daughter looks forward to the new characters each time! We've purchased them as gifts several times now and always receive positive feedback from parents. Tonies make it easy for children to enjoy screen-free time and be more creative.

My almost 3 year old loves this! Such a cool thing! Plus all the tonies are great gift ideas for future holidays or just because! I will have to say, linking it was a huge pain in the rear took 2 hrs! Other than that it’s amazing!!

Tonie boxes are awesome for kids! They can be used to help kids fall asleep at bedtime by listening to a story or songs. They can be used to listen to music while cleaning their rooms. They can be used to relax after a day at school. They are a great screen less addition to our home!

My grandson loves it. It plays all the songs he loves and can sing also
