I also had to turn a purple one from the actually tonies. The red one was the only one that would work. The very last employee was so very helpful, kind, & patient. My customer pin 11850443447120822 if you can credit her. The tonies need better software connection prior to releasing to market.

Haven’t been able to use it, returning it

It was getting the Hedgehog error from the start and we were unable to finish the setup process. Tonie said they would replace it but I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to get anymore information from them and my emails to them have gone unanswered. Today I am beginning the return process through Best Buy.
