    Good bedroom/secondary TV for the money. The sound isn't great but I can buy a sound bar.

    Ordered onlinw first mistake, Never order smart tvs to ship and deliver Mÿ stupidity. It was delivered day late. Then inset it up turn itnon and the screen is shattered with pink and yellow lines. Next time will buy and pick up in store. BB is Call Tagged my delivered damaged tv with a refund upon retun. No incentive for my inconvenience of getting a shattered tv delievred. Clown show indeed.

    Probably not their fault, it's suppose to be a smart tv. Found out that Fire TV is not compatible to the Spectrum App. Had to return TV.

    It works but after a while it loses its ability and becomes slow, it does it job but eventually ineffectively

    I think it's a fantastic TV with high-quality at an incredible price. I have had this TV and only had to replace it because I had a cat that knocked it over. So I am choosing to buy it again because I'm that happy with it! Exceptional picture, exceptional sound quality… Awesome size

    If you compare utceith other basic entry level TVs, it’s hard to beat. Just don’t compare it to TVs above its class. I just set it up. Very impressive for the money. Way better than the other low end tv I bought and git stuck with when my decent tv fried.

    43" Toshiba not working after 1 year

    Avoid buying Toshiba, very poor customer service. I bought this tv at Best Buy in February 2024, started having problems with it in the fall of 2024. It would freeze up after turning on, couldn't even shut it off with remote, had to unplug from wall. I contacted customer service in January 2025 (they have a record of my call) they recommended a factory reset and software update, which I did. That helped for a week or so and then had the same problem again, freezing when trying to launch Youtubetv. Toshiba customer service said because I complained about this before my warranty expired, they would cover it. I sent them a copy of my original sales receipt, they said a repair technician would contact me about repairs. That was on March 26, 2025. No contact since, I have a 43" tv that is a year old and cannot be used. I suggest you shop for a brand that actually stands behind their product.

    Don’t buy for bedroom. LED can’t be turned off

    The TV is decent so far but im really close to returning it over the obnoxious huge bright LED light that comes on when you turn the tv off. There’s no option to turn it off. How stupid is this? It’s a bedroom tv.
