I have had this tv for coming up in two years now and have been very happy with it. Its user interface is responsive which is not the case for many smart tvs. I also love that it is recognized as an Alexa device so that you can turn it on/off, etc... through voice controls. The picture is perfectly acceptable for my uses.

For $350 this was a solid deal. Setup was easy (other than figuring out how to set power on default to most recently used HDMI port/HDMI cable box connection instead of TV menu). Picture quality is better than expected after fiddling with adjustments to reduce a slightly washed out look. Viewing angle is not quite wide enough but fine for my family room. Sound is average plus though somewhat hollow. My older TV was thinner and it did not matter much since I have it sitting on a low table. If you are wall-mounting it, the depth is something to consider.

I purchased this for my grandfather, who is 92, when his “old” TV went bad. He was very concerned about the availability to watch his “programs” but I assured him this TV would do the trick. After setting it up and getting him back on track, the ease of use is amazing! He does not use all of the bells and whistles (they are there if you want them) but he can navigate his way around and is very happy!! Easy set up for grand-daughter and easy to use for grand-father.

Tv picture quality is excellent. Built-in sound is excellent. Multiple inputs are great for thr xbox and whatnot. LOVE the wired ethernet jack. The firetv software feels very buggy though. Its like someone is pressing buttons on the remote when no one is. I don't fault the tv because it would work nice with an external box too. Firetv is not a deal breaker. This is a great tv for the price point.

This was a great deal!!! This smart TV has so many setting and features that allows you to view your personal photos if the tv is on standstill as a slide show. We really love it

I really like this TV. It's light, easy to set up and has a great picture for the price. I picked it up when it was on sale and would definitely buy another one. The Picture is bright and with a few adjustments was able to tone it down a little. I also like the fact it has no or very little bezel. I was not a big fan of Alexa before but this TV has it and I use it all the time. My only regret was maybe not getting the 55" instead, it was only $20 more at the time.
