It provides any streaming service you need as well as automatically customizes to fit whatever input devices you install as well. Have not used the Alexa features but there are a lot of option included for that too.

Honestly a Best Buy

She enjoys all of the extra channels this fire tv offers. Picture quality is clear and sounds awesome. I would strongly recommend. I would truly purchase again.

There have been no refresh rate issues. Sound quality is great. The only reason for a 4 star rating is I’ve had to reset the Fire TV OS two times since purchase. More of an inconvenience then anything.
