Ever since it was hooked up, all I have heard about it is how nice the picture and sound are. It's been a couple months, and nothing has changed.

I bought this model because it has all the features I was looking for. Comes with my favorite and best Apps! I love that it has a Headphone Jack which is very hard to find on TV's nowadays. The Alexa Voice Remote is another very valuable asset. I navigate using the mike and find everything I want with a simple voice command. It includes a total of 4 HDMI Inputs and 2 USB Ports which is great. Audio is also very good. Last, but definitely not least, it is Bluetooth enabled which I could not do without. All in all this is a great and very cost effective product and I am extremely happy with it! Recommend highly!

Delivery TV purchase

An immediate replacement was sent. Getting the TV to UPS to send back was the most difficult of the process. We have Spectrum streaming and cannot get it installed on the TV. My son says it is because it is an Amazon TV. This should have been noted in the description if all streaming platforms cannot be utilized.
