Delivery TV purchase

An immediate replacement was sent. Getting the TV to UPS to send back was the most difficult of the process. We have Spectrum streaming and cannot get it installed on the TV. My son says it is because it is an Amazon TV. This should have been noted in the description if all streaming platforms cannot be utilized.

Have to take back a bad review

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wrote that scathing review, but as it turns out, many hours and 3 tv's later, it wasn't the tv but a weird glitch by Xfinity that was corrected, albeit after another couple of hours on the phone. I returned the Toshiba/Fire Tv to Best Buy, and I believe she is the home-theater manager, Bethany, could not have been more kind, patient, informed about the tv's, and professional. Truly, it was worth all the nuts crap to get to meet her and have her help me. If Best Buy has people like her, I'd say, they're doing what they need to be doing.
