However channel information would never load, and timer on remote stopped working after 5 nights, so I returned. Best Buy made the return very painless and easy.

I bought it to put in my lanai and the only issue I have is that when it’s super bright outside it’s a little hard to see. But I’d say that would be true of most tvs.

I had a Toshiba before but it finally stopped working properly. This one is the perfect replacement for what I had. Gray picture and plenty of hdmi inputs.

Very professional and courteous and knew their stuff. My wife is long winded and gets off subject, but they listened intently to what she had to say. I eventually saved them so they could get to their next appointment

The bluetooth function for sound is excellent. I do have a question though? Can the screen size be adjusted when watching a program that shrinks to fit the resolution.

Has some definition issues with Ps5 gameplay. Looks good but you have to be up close to really notice the quality. But the technology is really up to date and efficient.

My rooms are modest in size and these are a perfect size for my 10x10 spaces. I have not experienced any problem with them at all.

In June 2023, the screen went out apparently and I cannot get it to come on. You can hear the clicking noise as if you’re scrolling through the apps, but there is no picture. Before this, it was a great TV. Amazing picture and sound. Loved the tv. Hopefully Toshiba can do right and fix it since Best Buy/Geek Squad cannot do the work on it.

The same goes with the Hisense tv before this one which lasted less than 2 years before it went bad.PS don't buy this junk the fire tv is sluggish

It works well just using our internet. There is lots of free stuff on the internet that we may not hook it up to our TV provider.

But as someone that has always had Samsung Led 4K,QLED tvs this is such a downgrade. The picture quality is awful, it’s connected to an Apple TV witch honestly makes a slightly different but even then it’s bad. But it’s on the guest room and it was affordable, plus the Tv itself has lost of nice features. But I would never buy it for myself to watch. It’s cheap so that’s what you would expect from this Tv. But it does the job
