Who knew a few streaming apps could ruin picture q

Pic eventually went very dark.called bb. Very informative op(after 2 crappy ones)walked me thru a factory reset and router modem reset.pic came back like new. The apps used up tv's limited memory degrading pic. Now i am buying a roku for a smart tv so pic doesnt degrade. NOTE- I just used a bluray for the first time and picture was actually stunning. The movie was LUCY so alot of action and vibrant colors.
