It’s not our main television and has been used very lightly—only connected to cable through an HDMI cord. It’s been mounted on a stand the entire time, never moved, bumped, or mishandled in any way. Now, out of nowhere, I’m getting sound but no picture. No signs of wear or damage, just a black screen overnight. For a device that’s barely been used and well taken care of, this is extremely disappointing. I expected better reliability from a product of this brand.

I decided on this after my Insignia TV backlight died after just 3 years. I would have bought another one, but after reading some other reviews with the same issue I decided not to purchase another. I only have one big issue with this TV - black and dark scenes. I think there are much better TVs around this price point.

I have Fire sticks in several TVs and this has not been an issue.
