    Bought this TV 5/2/23 and the backlight has gone out already. Really? Only two years, should last longer than two years.

    My TV arrived without screws for the stand. Consequently, it could not be installed by the Xfinity service agent that I paid $100. After 2 hours on the phone with BestBuy they promised a $50 refund on my card. They still have not done it.

    Don't Buy poor quality. Lasted only 2 years

    Died after only two years. Display panel went black, you can hear audio, but no image. Reset the TV several times and followed all the troubleshooting steps, still not operational. Will not buy again

    I purchased this TV 7/14/21. Today is 9/18/21 and it will not turn on. We have unplugged it from power to allow a reset and still nothing. We have tried to manual turn it on and nothing. I would not purchase this TV. Very disappointed.

    So far for the money it is a good value. It isn't fabulous in any way but it is OK. Very average picture and sound. Nothing here to brag on except for possibly the Alexa voice control which works very well.

    At first it was functioning but the longer I used it which was around 3 weeks it started to have picture issues but the 4K and the apps were very nice to use

    Remote often quits responding and requires several minutes of troubleshooting. This consists of either resetting the tv by unplugging it or resetting the remote by pressing convoluted button sequences. The "fix" is to download the app on my smartphone which is ridiculous considering all I need my tv to do is switch between 2 hdmi inputs. Edges of screen are also very bright compared to rest of screen.

    This TV is not reliable. Have to go back to best buy twice and returned it. After a week of use, TV won’t stop resetting or won’t turn on.

    If your looking for a gaming tv this is a hard pass. Screen constantly stutters. Would be ok for tv watching only.

    My issues were resolved but it should not have come to that. Thanks to the manager at the store I purchased my tv from that resolved the problem.

    The only problem is you have to unplug it and hold down the power button for 40 seconds, to get your apps back. It happens about once a week.

    I gave 1 star because I called customer service FIVE times and got FOUR different answers. I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy as a whole. My TV arrived with an open box that had been retapped shut. It also came with mismatch packages of the stands. This is now the 2nd time I have been had a customer service agent tell me something and it NOT be true. TV performance is ok but sometimes it takes a slower time turning on. I also had to unplug it several times.

    The picture and sound quality are fine. Not great, but okay. The lack of storage on the television is frustrating and limits its use as a smart TV. External storage is supported but unfortunately I've tried 3 different usb drives and have not had luck moving or adding apps to any of them. I've given up using the TVs apps and use and additional Fire Stick to watch on. It frustrating to say the least.
