A Waste of Money!!!

This clunker only lasted about 2 years. First, the sound was sketchy, it randomly went out & I’d turn it off & back on. Most of the time that worked. Then the picture went completely out near the 2year mark. So disappointing, what a waste of money!!!!!!

No picture

Went through all the trouble of hauling it from the store and setting it up just to plug it in and the picture never would come in. Heard a beeping sound and the red light on the tv came on but other than that, nothing. No wonder there was such a discount. Back to looking for a tv. Very frustrating because I was trying to replace my old tv that had completely went out. I will say, Best Buy did accept the return with no hassle though.

Sound Issues with Sound bar

Yikes, we didn’t realize this isn’t a television
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For those who don’t realize it, this is not a “television “ for watching network or cable television, it is made for/by Amazon and works with Alexa. It is not for watching “regular” television. Also, we don’t find the “chumminess” charming. It is amazing to turn on a television and first have to answer who is watching and sign in, so they keep track of your shows for you, which has nothing to do with any parental controls. Yikes.

Would not recommend this TV

I have had it for less than 30 days and I have sound and no picture. I have tried all the fixes and am now on with Toshiba service. I would not recommend purchasing it. The picture and sound were fine for the 28 days it worked. A 1 is generous.

Delivery was terrible

The delivery was delayed twice and the ETA was for a weekend I would not be at home. Instead of leaving this TV on my porch for three days, I tried twice to reschedule or cancel. But instead, of course they delivered it and left it on my porch for three days. This is the kind of service that drives everyone to Amazon.

Worst quality control I’ve ever seen for a tv

I had to return several of these toshiba branded TVs made by hisense . All the problems were from burning smells from the tv I suspect by the glue they use for the screens or a bad tv logic board to scratches on the screens and the tv stickers to protect inbeded in the screen. I heard hisense bought toshiba just to cover the bad reputation they developed from terrible TVs. Buy at your own risk.

After 1 year of having it the screen was black and only sound. Called Best Buy customer service and the representative told me I just need to buy a new tv. They can’t help me. And she also said I only paid $$$ so go get a new one. So rude.

We sent it back the next morning Driver delivered to porch dropped it its side and took off. No bell screen door was open nothing Opened box brightness was very poor colors blended into each other especially darker pictures. Could not get the blue from picture. Blotchy screen

Unusually disappointed!

Will be contacting customer service so will keep you posted!

Tv remotes did not work!

This did not work also & with this tv you can not set it up without a working remote! I found a remote that I had to another brand tv & it worked! So after 2 weeks of buying this tv, I finally got to use it! If I hadn’t mounted it on the wall, I would of returned it to Best Buy!
