    For this to be a good brand and 4k. I was expecting the picture to be better! I had to adjust several display settings to get it to look decent.

    Never Buying a Toshiba TV AGAIN!

    I had a Toshiba that I got in 2020, and it was a the 43LF621U21 series. It was a great tv at first when I used it but then since last year it's been driving me crazy. It only comes with 4gb of storage and it runs out of it so quickly and won't stop popping up with a storage message all the time. I don't recommend buying a Toshiba Fire TV unless if you want to have a tv with zero storage and with nothing to do about it!

    Not really satisfied with the picture quality overall. It's OK but doesn't have the color depth as a more expensive TV. Picture has a washed out look.

    Remote problems

    Unbelievably poor customer service

    Having purchased two Toshiba laptops in the past and ending up very happy with both I was enthusiastic to purchase one of their TV's. Come to find out the television is manufactured by Hisense with a Toshiba name plate. The TV was defective from the get go, It would not detect the cable box being plugged into the HDMI port so the only way to get the TV to recognize the port is to unplug the HDMI cable from the cable box and reinsert it. Sometimes it will recognize the input and sometimes it takes multiple attempts. My attempts to rectify the situation has been 4-5 hours on the phone being shuffled back and forth between Best Buy, Toshiba and Amazon's Fire TV tech staff. I still don't have an appointment made. Worst purchase I've ever made. I will never buy anything from Best Buy or Hisense again and found Fire TV to be invasive to a disturbing level of creepiness.

    Malfunctions regularly

    I honestly have so many issues with this tv. It constantly needs resetting and the remote receiver barely works. Whether I use the app or the manual remote it functions less than half the time.

    Awful Picture Quality

    Awful picture quality. I tried to fix the problem by adjusting picture settings (brightness, contrast, etc.) but could not fix. I need to go back to Best Buy and switch the TV unit, and hope the problem is with that unit. Otherwise, I'll have to get another brand because I can't watch TV like this. Have been with Toshiba for past 15+ years, and hate to switch.

    Remote eat batteries! Can’t turn tv on without it

    Bought this tv last September. Remote control eats batteries like candy. Batteries were lasting a week, now down to 2 days. Have been on hold to discuss with Toshiba 3 times for 30+ minutes with no answer. Unfortunately I have to work. Had a great Toshiba laptop for years, unfortunately don’t know if I can trust their products or service anymore.
