Needed to replace a hard drive in a laptop and I chose this one. Had it installed by the Best Buy Geek Squad so I don't know how easy or difficult that was. The drive has performed well however, so I am happy with it.

Does what it is supposed to do. Flawlessly connected to my iMac. Fast transfer speed.

Typical easy packaging, no frill drive. Cloned the old drive to this one, slipped it in the laptop, turned it on and "it worked". Just like its supposed to.

The hard drive did not fit my laptop the way I expected, and I am not sure which specification I missed even to this point, but since I have an external enclosure for internal hard drives I did not worry about it too much. Other than that everything was as expected.

I trust Toshiba products, because in my experience, the reliability of their equipment. I have two Toshiba laptops, and have never had any issues with either one.
