Solid smart tv

Love having Alexa built in as the rest of the TVs in our house use fire sticks. The remote is similar to the fire stick remotes which makes using it very easy and straightforward. The tv can be controlled by our other Alexa devices in the cases where the kids lose the remote. The picture is very crisp and the sound is solid for a flat screen. This is the first toshiba I have purchased and am pleasantly surprised how it holds up to the quality of other top name brands.

I had to travel to uptown Charlotte (unfamiliar territory) to the Best Buy in a large city building. I was a little unsure of how to approach the store pick up but it was really very easy. I just drove up, showed my ID and they brought out my tv and loaded it for me. Can't get any easier than that. Also the online shopping and purchase was really stress free. I will be using Best Buy for my next electronic purchase.
