Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Tv is very nice if you are familiar with fire stick and the menu options associated with it, but the picture is a little on the bright chalky side not bad but not as clear of a picture that you would get out of a samsung but close. I am still not going to complain got it for 329.00 and am happy with prime videos on it and you can download several apps , like sling and pluto tv:)

Lovin' the Fire TV

This is true, so if you have it hooked up to a cable box you'd have to use your Fire TV remote to switch over to your cable box and then use your cable remote. Well, there's a feature buried in the TV setup that will allow you to choose how the TV comes on. One of the options is "Last input", this allows you to watch cable, turn off the TV and then when you turn it back on- voila, its already on cable. What I didn't realize is how "cord-cutter ready" this TV is. Most of the default settings (and even a separate button on the remote) are geared for cord cutters who use an HD antenna. I might have to do that in the future.

It’s priced right and has a good picture and is HD. Seems like there’s a complete invasion of privacy on any TV including this amazon fire tv where you have today agree to be able to be tracked with everything you watch and do and search for otherwise the TV will not allow you to access the Internet!

Beautiful image and great sound!

So I decided to purchase this television because it was on sale. So far I have no regrets. The image is great and the sound quality is fantastic, no need for a sound bar. It has FireTV built in and you can speak into the remote to access popular apps. I plan on purchasing another one for the home.
