This television has fantastic picture and sound quality. The interface is just like an Amazon fire tablet so if you're not used to a pc like set up it will take a bit of getting used to. You have to download apps before you can watch the programs but its like having your own private theater. I love it!

I bought the same exact TV in the 50” version back in December and my friend flipped it off the stand while moving so I went back and purchased the 55” due to it only being $20 more. I have no complaints and I love the Alexa feature. I also love the clarity in the resolution. It’s a great TV for the price! 10/10 recommend every time!!

Good tv great picture only reason it did not get a 5 star is because it’s advertised as “with HDR” but my PS4 system says “tv does not support HDR” even bought a new HDMI cable for the tv. Sometimes has long power up time Overall satisfied with purchase.

Amazing tv I was so happy when I found out I could hook up my AirPods to the Tv and listen to what I’m watching that way! I wanted a bigger Tv so when I watch anime and I read the subtitles they would be larger and I really overall am so happy with my tv! Now I have a tv for watching tv and a smaller one for gaming!

This was the best choice I made by buying this tv. It has great picture quality, great color brightness and the sound so loud I don't need sound bar. I done had for over 3 years and it still working great.

Overall this is a really good T.V. for the price. Especially since it was an open-box unit. Not crazy about the 60mhz refresh rate as it is ever so slightly noticeable at times. I will say though the sound quality is great! I believe even better than my Samsung t.v.

Firetv great especially if you want to cut the cord. Easy to use and great apps. I use for my exercise room and outside. Same tv

Does not work well with cable or DTV. The remote control is a joke. No numbers on it. Very difficult and time consuming to change channels on DTV. It’s a good tv for the kids or for someone who only streams. Picture is decent but has limited adjustments to customize. Sound is good. I picked up this tv for the price, I wish I spent more on a tv with a real remote instead if the fire stick!

She loves this new tv! She knows how to turn it on and off! She loves to watch her sing song videos on Netflix! The color is impeccable and the tv looks like the characters are alive!
