Nice picture quality, great tv. Comes with firestick already built in, an amazing feature.

It does everything I need it to. Picture is pretty good but varies some depending on input. It's not as crisp or vibrant as my Samsung 8000 series, but it works great for our home office/loft as a non-primary TV. It's great to have all the apps built in, but wish the library was a little larger.

Not only is the picture quality of the TV amazing, but coming preloaded with FireTV just adds another dimension. As soon as the set is plugged in, an automatic update makes sure that everything is ready to go. Just input your accounts to each app & start watching the endless possibilities that are available!

The Toshiba Fire tvs are very good. The Fire interface is intuitive and easy. The Fire capabilities are impressive. We switched from Samsungs to Toshibas. The picture quality is equivalent and we find the operation to be slightly better.

This TV has great picture and sound. The one drawback is when you turn on the TV it takes you to the Roko main screen rather than straight to the input you have it set to. But you can go into the settings and change that so that immediately goes to your preferred input. Would recommend!

This tv has really good picture quality! I don’t have 4K tv service but my directv looks great and the movies from the fire tv portion is really great as well! Only annoying thing is every time you turn it on you have to switch the input because it starts on the fire tv portion

We just refinished a spare room and we wanted to put a larger tv and not break the bank. I like the features of the fire TV since we cut the almost 2 years ago. Really good picture and basic operations. It's easy to access the HDMI ports even with it mounted. Very happy with our purchase!

Overall, great TV. A couple or cons: (1) If an HDMI connected device is turned on, the TV will not automatically prompt you that a new device has been detected (2) The TV’s software occasionally freezes or locks-up, requiring you to close entire applications or cycle power on the TV. Not bad for the price

Excellent TV for the price. I like the built in Alexa and Amazon fire TV capability. The picture and color quality is very good... it is especially excellent at night when I turn on and watch Shows on this TV, the quality is amazing considering this TV is a budget buy.

We have resisted getting a new TV for a long time until one of ours "died." We purchased this product and were wowed by the picture and clarity! And I love not having extra devices to plug-in just to watch our subscriptions.

Perfect size 55" for my gaming room, I am 5 feet away from my couch and it looks good. Perfect for playstation and switch. Set it up with Alexa and Amazon and it works good. I have a sound bar connected to it so i can't review the sound bc i don't use it.

The picture is great, the Fire tv was a little hard to get used to. I’m not pleased by some of the limitations due to Amazon. No Red Box app for rentals and a few others due to restrictions by Amazon. Otherwise great tv for the money and AWESOME buying experience with Best Buy!!

I bought this tv, because I was looking for the cheapest tv at best buy. At the time it was on sale and only 10 dollars more than the insignia brand. The picture is pretty good, better than my LG tv that was 120 more. The speakers are very clear and loud. I would buy this tv again.

I don’t think that this tv is really 4k. It looks more like 1080i to me based on picture quality. The tv is a little thicker than I would like. The built in firetv is convenient but the remote can’t be programmed to operate a soundbar and you can’t operate the soundbar volume through the tv.

TV worked so so with many bugs in the software. The display icons for volume and mute would disappear in addition to the functionality of the volume and mute button would intermittently quit. The stream to virtually any video site would hang moderately often. The network connection would frequently disconnect and then report no network available. Two weeks after the 1 year warranty expired the TV got a home page update and died 3 days later with flickering vertical bars. If you buy one, beware, get the 5 year extended warranty, you'll need it.

I love the television, but the stereo sound is too loud at times. When watching a program, if music is played for effect during that program it comes in very loud. Other than that, the TV is wonderful. The color is beautiful which I have come to expect in Toshiba televisions.

Excellent picture, and by far best sounding flat screen TV I’ve ever owned. Interface is different from older TV’s, but easy once you play with it for a bit. I turned off all of the tracking features in the privacy settings just because I can. Overall a fantastic purchase! AAA+++

Bought this TV for my parents-in-law. It's decent and the ability to be connected with your Amazon account is nice if you're in to that sort of thing. The remote has some getting used to. There aren't any traditional change channels button, just a TV guide button.

This is the first time ever purchasing a smart tv. I chose this one specifically because it has the Fire TV and Alexa built in and it's amazing. My husband gets all warm and fuzzy inside with speaking with Alexa regarding what time it is and as well as the responses he gets.
