Wish the sleep mode was easier to set. Just set it for a certain time each night. Also just wish it went automatically to whatever it was on last when you turned it off. Don’t like having to select an input each time.

Open Box item was missing Remote, Power Cord, Stand and Manual. Had to buy separately. When I purchased it, it wasn't mentioned anywhere. Overall it was a good purchase.

Got this one when my old TV died. Was happy to see FireTV built in so I could retire my old Fire TV Cube by the tv. I wish that it had live Alexa built in so you don't have to push the button to use it.

The mounting hardware for the base is totally a safety hazard. The screws will not screw into the bottom of the TV to properly secure the base. This TV is very heavy and feels totally unstable when you touch the top to see how secure it is. Picture is very good. Sling works but locks up and will not load unless you do a hard restart (unplugging the TV for 10 seconds) at least every 2 days. I previously had the 48" version and it worked perfectly. This is a brand new poorly designed model I believe...I would not buy another one.

The picture was very nice... but the functions of the Fire TV app was horrible... When I plugged it in and connected to the wifi it completed a couple of updates w/o issue, only a few hrs into testing I ran into problems: Once I loaded a few apps I had been using on my fire stick and an older Insignia, the apps here would fail miserably. The NBC app would not even fully launch... other apps the show would popup an error every 15/20 minutes, I could restart but the error would return... tried uninstalling / reinstalling plus resetting to factory and starting over but still not working. I downloaded a network speed test to see if that could be a problem (which it shouldn't be) ... well the test worked and had about 100 m down and up which is plenty to stream... I called the 800# which ends up being Geek Squad and after the rep listened to me asked if I just want to return it... YES The Insiginia app had some quirky workings too so I figure I should just get another TV and an Amazon firestick if the new smart TV does not have the functions I want. BTW - Bestbuy rocks since they have been so helpful during this virus shutdown

Got this TV due to the great deal, never had a smart TV previously. I would not recommend anyone getting a Fire TV. Works so much better just having a separate fire stick. TV always lagged, TV options and settings are limited as the remote is a fire remote. Picture flickers, cable picture lags until the tv resets itself. Remote randomly turns TV on when you don’t want it to. Too complicated to switch inputs. Inputs change automatically even when not wanted.

I bought this tv because I bought a Toshiba 4 years ago and it worked really good. The picture was much clearer than this one. This one loses focus at times.

This is a good, inexpensive option for cord cutting. Not the best picture, but great for seamless streaming between Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. You can also connect your Ring devices to use the screen as a monitor.

Toshiba used to be a recognized name for quality and reliability. Not so much now. I purchased this TV in Dec 2019, and just a little over three years it began to develop vertical lines of missing LEDs. Not too bas and TV was watchable. Then just recently I have flickering and horizontal lines that make this TV un-useable. DO NOT buy this TV.

Bought this for my deployment and it works great. Only problem and it’s not the TV, is Prime Video only has a few shows that work outside the country. Can’t beat the $330 for a 55” 2160p 4K UHD TV.

This TV works great. Finally cut the cable cord and went to fiber with streaming service. No plans to go back. TV works great to provide content, simple layout, plenty of choices for apps. Highly recommend.

Plug and play everything works as it should. Remote is great. I like that the legs are closer to the center where as other TVs are more toward the edge, this allows you to put it on a smaller stand.

I purchased this laptop for one of my kids for college classes on line and it worked perfectly for him. I bought a 2nd one for his brother. Its a nice computer with good speed and options.

We have had this TV for just over a month now, and while it works fine most of the time, it will occasionally freeze, with no way of fixing it other than unplugging the television and plugging it back in. The remote will not work to turn it off, and neither will the button on the TV. The only way is to unplug it. This has happened about 10 times so far. Toshiba's call support is useless.

Unless I just have not found that function; the picture is very bright. I’m use to the TV adjusting to the room light. Dimmer. Beside that Awesome TV for the price plus FIre TV app already installed.

I purchased Toshiba fire tv 55” LOVE IT! Great quality and although I am older it was easy to set up! Also thanks to Raymond who helped me with buying it and was very patience with me and very professional.

The remote control stopped working after 5 months.. Changed batteries and it will not pair up with the tv and it is not cheap to purchase a new one

Got this TV while it was on sale, I’ve never had a TV with FireTV built in- at 1st it was a little confusing to navigate around but if you’re used to the firestick- you will adapt quickly. Good TV for the value

I like the TV, but it's so cheap and wrong that the instruction booklet does not come with the tv. I have to download and print it!!! Really! for that small cost to print a manual it's ridiculous.

This TV has exceeded my expectations and made me understand what I was missing by not having a smart TV. I love having all the apps and Alexa built in. it looks like art hanging on my wall.
