Got this open box tv for a spare bedroom. Had it for awhile now. Works great. Had some issue with it holding the WiFi as it would drop connection.

Bought this on Black Friday works great struggles to open some apps but I have a feeling it just can’t connect to the WiFi as well

I was hesitant on spending money at Best Buy since I have had trouble with them in the past but definitely happy with the service and the TV! Thanks Best Buy!

Simple tv i have in the garage, connected to my wifi i watch my games and stream YouTube videos while working on my cars

Excellent value for the price. Only issue is with dropping Wi-Fi connection for the downloaded Apps - but I think this is just y area coverage - not the TV.

It is different than other tvs and you have to go to satlelite or cable everytime you power it up but I enjoy it as I have alot of other Alexa/ amazon products.

A little quirky setting it up. But once I got it set up it is great. Love the whole integration of the fire tv apps everything seem to work flawlessly.

Purchased this television today after the Samsung 4K UHD we had for almost 3 years bit the dust and decided to go with another TV brand. HUGE MISTAKE!!! This is why: -Blurry text. Even with several picture adjustments, the text was still fuzzy around the edges and not crisp as you would expect from a 4K UHD television. -Faces are washed out and not detailed. See above expectation. -Noise encountered along some edges. Watching an NFL game and the stadium has some noise which should not be there. See above expectation. -Apps are limited. We could not add the Spectrum TV app like you can on every other TV like Roku and Smart TV. -Remote is sparse compared to the Samsung remote we had. No numbers, no button for switching sources/inputs! How can you have a remote without a source button? Just save your money and buy a better TV, because CLEARLY this TV is not as advertised and we were fooled by positive reviews here. Needless to say we're going back to Samsung and just buying a 5 year Geek Squad protection plan... taught us NOT to go cheap. Buyer Beware!!!

I was hesitant in purchasing this tv, but once I got it home I fell in love with it.

The television was delivered early and workers were very professIon always and friendly. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product:)

It was a great first buy for my new home. I love the convenience of the fire stick. Not the best sound quality but it’s not the worst either.

My brother loves it and all the apps that come with it. As well as being able to talk into the remote and tell Alexa what he wants to watch . Love it

TV works great, has its quirks with force closing out of apps and I’ll have to click back in but other than that no issues.

My 17yo daughter got the TV completely set up with connection to internet and satellite. Remote is easy to use. Interface for selecting input is easy to use.

This is the second one I've purchased, not because the first one needed replacement, but because I liked it so much, I needed a second one!

The Tv was an excellent choice for because I had a smaller Toshiba and was very happy with it, so I decided to replace it with another Toshiba.

Great buy for the price. Enjoying every bit of the tv. Only bad thing is sometimes, it disconnects from the wifi even when my box is right next to the TV

Got this on sale and it was definitely worth waiting for synch a great with Alexa and provides automation in our household via Alexa or her app.
