Nice TV. Remote has preset buttons, but PS Vue is no longer active. Should have made them customizable.

I went to my local store today and picked up the last one they had in stock. Got it home, hooked everything up, and started to go through the TV's setup when I noticed... Well, I will let the picture speak for itself. Very disappointed is an understatement! I had to return it and am waiting for a replacement that should hopefully arrive Thursday. Where is the quality control, Toshiba?!?

Was very happy that the leg stands were placed towards the middle so you may turn Tv at an angle.

Got this TV on sale and, have to say, that for the price it is a very good all around performer with great apps.

The tv has left us on a wild trail of chasing what we thought was an “internet problem”. It won’t load videos/live or shows properly. And it constantly buffers... internet right? WRONG! But we didn’t know that... so we called over and over to our service provider. Got the best new routers from them, upgraded all the way to 400/20 on our internet. And even pushed to have New power poles put in because the internet company wouldn’t service ours... long story short.. after 2 months of dealing with this I found on bestbuys website (mind you I had already talked to geeksquad in store about the problems) but I found a form of the same issues with this tv... when I showed geeksquad them agreed this is common in this tv but they would only service our tv not refund it :( which isn’t right... the geeksquad guys who came out to service they just went on and on about how busy they are servicing these TVs right because they are so bad and that the Rokus are too, they said they are the worst TVs but the quickest to sale and they make the most on them because of service. Of course they were mostly talking among themselves. But I advise stay away from this tv if you like to stream Netflix, YouTube and Hulu extra... streaming is not your friend.

TV features and quality excellent. Superior service at pount of sale. No reason to shop anywhere else.

Saw this model on sale and Toshiba has great products. Please with delivery and wife is slated.

Great tv for the price, I wish the Alexa remote had more tv functions. I get a lot of that is not supported.

Purchased in Dec2019. Also purchased extended warranty. By Mar2020. There is a line all the way across. Called BB was told it would have to be sent out to be fixed. Called Toshiba they said that it can not be fixed it needs replaced. BB says it has to be sent out 1st...with all this COVID-19. Nothing can be done til the stay at home order is lifted. So now what....

You’re getting a budget TV with the Amazon Eco-system built in. If you are a Prime member, even better.

You can not ask for a better UHD TV, it has everything that the more expensive ones and then more!
