    Picture and sound are both ok. The Alexa interface is a little annoying especially when using certain apps, like Hulu, where the word "advertisement" is constantly showing up on the screen. Hey Amazon: If I want to buy something I don't need the TV to tell me!

    Less than a month after we bought the television, it will not power on without disconnecting from the outlet first. This does not happen all of the time, but has happened more than a half-dozen times, and we purchased about 4 weeks ago. Best Buy return was limited to two weeks, which is ridiculous for the cost. We are not sure how long this 'fix' will continue to work. Will be purchasing from Amazon from now on and/or another store with a return policy that better supports customers and products purchased. The quality of the screen/image is as expected, and was easy to assemble, etc.

    After 2 weeks the tv glitches everyday and the sound is 15 sec. Delayed. So I wont even use it unless I have to. Dosent matter what app I use with it. Anything I watch is a bad dubbed old school kungfu movie.
