Terrible purchase

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this fire TV thinking the name Toshiba meant something as well as the fire TV extras...got it home and set it up...picture was bad...grainy... no color contrast...tried tweaking with settings no luck...played Netflix shows and picture was terrible...side by side with a even cheaper TV...the cheaper one had better picture. Returned it the next day and got a Vizeo M series 50 inch HOLY COW what a difference the QUANTUM COLOR MAKES and only $50 difference. The picture was as good as my expensive high end TV,s so do yourself a favor and save the hassle DO NOT BUT THIS TV....GO FOR THE VIZEO M SERIES

Nice TV for the Price

I gave it two stars, because one day it just shut off on me and didn't know why. Its working again, but wait for stores to open up again to ask why.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Problem with volume getting higher and lower as I change channels Visited My Best Buy Only to be told I was 4 Days past my possible return Told to call Geek Squad Called them I was told sine I didn’t have Insurance on Tv CANT HELP I call Tosheba nice service Representative but telling me he never heard of this problem I advise him if you went on Google you would see many similar complaints Did What I was asked to do No Positive results Abruptly disconnected Problem still exists Best Buy Still selling this Product Well knowing the problem I wii no longer purchase another item from Best Buy
