I had to use a different fire stick with this TV because the internal fire TV system freezes constantly. The HDMI ports are so bad that I have to unplug the stick and put it back a few times until the audio works. Each time. The remote included with the tv quit after a month, so I tried use the remote that came with the fire stick but it won't work any controls except the power button. The remote that came with the TV is not compatible with sonos, but the one that came with the fire stick is. Overall, garbage. Buy a real TV

I've never had a good experience with Toshiba products and this one was no exception. To be fair, the picture quality was there I'm sure mine was an isolated incident but the fact remains that it DID happen to me. The sound was fine unless I changed the volume. Anytime I changed the volume, for several seconds afterwards it sounded like the people on the screen were talking under water. After it cleared up it would be fine until the next time I changed the volume. At least Best Buy was easy to deal with on the return.

The remote control of this Fire TV will not control the volume of your Sonos device (in our case Playbase). This is super annoying, as instead of using the TV remote, you need to use the Sonos app on a device to adjust the volume. I didn't expect this to be a problem since the Firestick we have on another tv controls the Sonos playbar attached to it. Never would have purchased this if I had known. Would return if we still had the box.

If you are thinking about buying this tv please reconsider. Something strange happens with the picture. It starts to look a little staticky at times and is really annoying . It doesnt happen everytime i watch something but it happens enough. I have it in my room and my husband threw the box away before we realized the issue so I just never returned it. If you are just looking for a tv for a space that you dont use often and this tv happens to be on sale, that is about the only time I would recommend purchasing this and even then you might want to reconsider. I bought this on a decent sale so I guess I cant complain.

TV is great for the money. The dark blacks seem to be a little pixelated, and we have developed a greenish grey haze the size of a saucer in one area of the screen (calling manufacturer today).

Our tv went out and I couldn't afford the one I wanted. Went for this model. It is ok. I mean it's a tv, it works... the color and quality isn't the greatest though. Wouldn't buy again.

Entry level tv. Easily wall mountable. TV had a couple scratches on the screen straight out of the box. I only received a $30 dollar credit since the tv was no longer available.

Does not have some apps for download, like Globoplay which makes a lot harder to watch some programs. Also the fact that it is mandatory to hold an Amazon account is very annoying,

Terrible TV. After just 2 years of use, the TV kept shutting off randomly every 10 to 25mins. It's not a power issue or a sleeper timer. The remote also doesn't work after a year. I can see that it's connected from the TV settings and I replaced the battery. Anyways, I have to use the fireTV app on the phone to control it now.

Sometimes it freezes up though and you have to reset it other than that it works good sometimes you just have to turn it off and turn it back on or restart the system

Good sound and image but have a lot of Internet connection problems, response time slow.

Looks great, but has a lot of input delay - bad for playing games that need fast responses (most games)

I was excited to get a "smart tv" but if you watch action movies, keep looking. We tried watching several DVD's (Saving Private Ryan, Band of Brothers, etc.) and it was super jumpy like a video game. I tried Geek Squad support and they told me to return it. We also tried watching Iron Man on Disney + as well as action movies on Dish and they were all so bad it made me motion sick. Sadly, we will be exchanging it for a different tv.

Tv works good for a entry level tv. Remote has iffy connectivity and sometimes randomly turns off. Other than that has decent graphics.

The graphics quality in gaming sucks I've tried calibration videos to fix it and still trash. But watching moives,videos,shows is good on it.

Picture sometimes very yellow. Does not handle dark seens well at all. Fire stick app works great. Should have got the Samsung though.

Would have kept it but the product is not just the right for me and had to return to Bestbuy. Can I advise to buy again,,, not sure

Tv has a lot of good features I just wish it was compatible to use the spectrum app that was the one reason why I bought it for :(

For a Smart TV, the navigation on screen is VERY VERY Slow... Not overly impressed. but overall great TV for watching on...

Not A fan of the Fire TV platform. And the remote control is cheap as can be. Great price and the Amazon perks were nice add.
