    The remote is not terribly responsive. Sometimes I have to reboot TV. Otherwise I'm happy with the product. Good price

    Didnt like it cause it keep going out in coming back on then it went to half screen instead of full screen

    can't turn off "energy save"/"power save" mode so shuts off after like 2 minutes of inactivity

    i only had this tv for a year to be exact 1 year and 3 days and the pixc are acting up the screen keeps freezing and the picture keep jumping unfortunaly i did not buy a warranty so it only last for 1 year it was good while it last it didnt watch it more than a total of 3 months worth

    My elderly parents found it difficult to navigate and did not like it. The tv was eventually sold.

    I bought this TV Aug 14, 2020 from best buy as a birthday gift to myself. It is now Sept 26 2020 and I have issues with this TV. I'm mad at myself for not getting a warranty on it, but thats fine because I'm sure they would replace it with a refurbished one of the same brand. No thanks. However, my problem started with last weekend, I woke up to my TV being turned off, I go to turn it on and nothing. Ok maybe the batteries need changing... I try my cable remote...NOTHING. I am mad now. I do all I can to turn the TV on but what worked was unplugging and replugging. OK cool. 2 days later, I'm watching Netflix and all of a sudden, the pixels went nuts and distorted the TV, causing Netflix to buffer for long periods and then an error message. I ended up having to unplug and plug back in again. I'm trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I will never buy this TV brand again. I was excited about getting a 55 in for the price but its not worth it.

    Its really annoying that it goes to the main menu instead of just displaying the HDMI. Get a samsung...

    I have no apps on it and it constantly complains It have no space while interrupting tv watching. You HAVE to submit to amazon be engrained on the TV. Just a horrible unnecessarily complicated tv. Would never buy again

    Continual Remote and WiFi Issues

    This TV is the worst I’ve ever bought. If had nothing but issues with this TV since I bought it almost two months ago. Spend the extra money and get a TV that’s not a piece of garbage. Not to mention the 45+ minute wait to speak to Geek Squad and the earliest home assistances being a week after my call. Last time I buy a Toshiba product.

    The sale price for this TV was wonderful; we even got a free Amazon Echo Dot! However, the clunky menus and constant Amazon family of products advertised on virtually every app we have is annoying and overkill at this point. Can't get HBO Max, only the old HBO Now app with a fraction of the content. Wish we went with Roku again...

    We bought three of these, two of the remotes have died, and Toshiba will only send generic remotes that don't completely control the tv in the same way. If you google Toshiba Fire TV remote doesn't work, you will see tons of examples of this issue.
