open box worst buy

Haven't been able to watch the TV. Cause it's been frozen the majority of the time. This TV SUCKS there's no buttons on the outside of the TV had I known that I wouldn't have even bought it.

Tv not working properly

Went to the store to get a new remote. Only the power button is working. Will have to go to the store to figure out what's wrong with the TV set

I could only hear sound no picture. I call Geek squad and told me to unplug the TV and wait when I plug it back in it worked.

Won't work for long

DON'T BUY!

Suddenly, the TV start showing messages of overheating. Toshiba sent someone to change the power supply. Message still came back. Toshiba came back and replaced the main board and power supply again. The TV works for about 3 minutes and keeps resetting. I tried everything and nothing fixes the problem. It got to the point that the TV got stuck on the screen that says TOSHIBA FIRE TV. Worst experience I ever had with any TV. Save your money and get another brand. I know I will not be being any Toshiba products again.
