Had our internet service come out and they said the tv isnt working. Tried numerous times to get help, to no avail. Definitely dont reccomend:(

They sold me a broken TV

When I tried to return it they said it was my fault and gave me a hard time. They eventually agreed to exchange it only if I paid for the missing items. Which I did just so I can get the hell out of there. I'm sticking to purchasing from amazon from now on. At least they don't accuse me of stuff I didn't do.

Nothing close to the picture on our Samsung (that lasted 3 months). It's a shame. No one makes anything good quality anymore.

Issue not resolved after three visits

The computer that was worked on by geek squad is only on having issues with installing applications. The technician said that everything is good and said issue was resolved when it was not. That was third time with geed squad after paying $200 for support package. Have another appointment today. Hope things go better

I recommend purchasing through Amazon in the future since they have a better return policy. I will never make another purchase with Best Buy.

Quality of TV Not As Good as Ratings

FIRST ONE DID NOT WORK AND HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING IT REPLACED. HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH AMAZON FIRE TV AND NEEDING TO RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS AT LEAST ONCE MONTHLY, ADS ON CHANNELS NOT LOADING OR STREAMING SO SLOW I LOST INTEREST. I HAVE SPENT HOURS TALKING TO AMAZON AND TRYING TO THIS FIXED. I HAVE BEEN PRETTY PATIENT SINCE COVID-19 LIMITS WHAT I CAN DO. BUT ENOUGH ALREADY.

Poor Quality

The picture was terrible, was blurred, garbled, some sort of glitch. Also, would never stay on last setting and the picture was too dark no matter how I adjusted it. I returned it within a week.

DO NOT BUY!

I have had this TV for 1 year and it’s now freezing up about 80% of the time when we open up a app which causes us to unplug the TV to restart it. We have 3 other TV’s that also use WIFI with no issues, I went as far as to hard wire it to my router with no change. I’m now using it in my garage as a dart board!
