Picture degrades on side angle No Up or Down for channel

Broke after about 9 months. Will no longer turn on. Worked fine up to that point. The TV worked fine and then one day, it stopped turning on. No lights, no sound. Nothing at all. Totally bricked. I obviously can't take it back now, so I guess it's heading for a landfill.

I’m on my 2nd TV. First one stopped turning on after 6 months. It took two months and weekly hour calls to get it repaired. Then they offered a new replacement. It TV was delivered on Friday; I’ve had the replacement for 4 days and now it won’t turn on. I wish they’d refund my money.

Started experiencing problems with this TV after 1 yr. Not been able to get it resolved . It started as if the smart TV was updating and gradually progressed to having lines on the screen that will not so away. A total waste of money.

We were very disappointed with the picture on this television.

Worst tv I have ever purchased. It always has trouble connecting to the wifo network. The onky solution is to unpulg it and wait andbturn it back on. All my other TVs have no issue and this one is located right nezt to the modem.

This Tv was not to my standards and we returned it.

So far it's been a very good TV. I've had to reset to factory twice I believe, but that's over several years. I like the picture on this set. It's decent for the size and pricing of this TV. I've been able to connect my phone as a remote, through the Amazon app store.( Very good thing since it needs a very specific replacement remote for it. I did find one after some research, but its touchy, and the buttons seem to quit working fairly quickly. Or only work part of the time, maybe due to seller purchased from. Waiting on another replacement from totally different store ). The app from Amazon app store works great most of the time, just need phone and TV on same wifi. Also the original remote still functions great, just have had it misplaced several times. Happy to have found a workaround or 2. Also it can mostly be controlled with most echo's. Can be touchy about certain things, still learning some of the tricks to get Alexa to perform certain tasks with it. I believe that the problem is more and Alexa problem but it's worth mentioning.One of those is turning it on after a restart. It needs to be on same wifi and after restart they don't detect each other. Same with the remote app on my phone. I've found using button to turn it on typically fixes this. Same goes for after a power outage. Either that or use a regular remote to turn it on. Not to crazy about the only one USB port. Doesn't seem to be a well thought out move. I need one for any streaming box I use, though use it less with the fire tv built right in, and one for the dongle for my digital keyboard remote I sometimes use. I had to add a USB connected with 4 USB ports on it. Makes it work well so far. One good reason to use a streaming device is for extra storage and memory. Since this has very minimal storage. Also have to be careful what storage device you add. According to what I've found about it a lot won't work or are to large to connect directly to TV. Using a streaming device (not Roku or fire tv versions) at least I have whatever the capacity of the device plus any size storage device it is capable of having connected. Works much better, plus don't need the fire tv app on it since it's already on the TV. Saves a little extra space. Also the Roku app pre installed on TV and seems to work good with it. Just need to download and sign into your account. Right now having a problem with the speakers. Hoping to find a usable fix for it. Hooked up an external set temporarily. Unfortunately the external set has no remote for them, so the advertisements are very very loud. So this cannot be a long term solution. Really hoping to find a solution other then factory reset. So far it's been a really good TV. When first got it there was little to find online about it, so it has been a learn as you go type experience. But there's more and more out there now, so I have found easy fixes for most questions or problems that have cropped up in last couple years. Hopeful for finding a fix for the speaker problem. Possible even a way to control the treble and bass on it as well. Though it's almost too big for my current bedroom, which is what I purchased it for, I'm moving. It seems like it will be the perfect size for the room I'll have it placed in in my new house.

Total piece of Junk! U have to unplug it 3 or 4 times daily to get it to work. U get what u pay for! When the 5 year warranty ends, Sony tv from now on. Spend the extra money And get a realible tv, and save yourself from a big headache!

I will never buy this brand ever again it glitches all the time and if you leave the tv on all day the screen start to turn blue

Lasted 2.5 years. Out of nowhere, right side of TV started flickering. Factory reset didn't work. It's hardware related I suppose.

Not even 2 years after purchasing and it has just quit working. Red power light comes on but no picture or sound! Very frustrated!

A technician have visit us three times, still having problems. I will return this and get another brand if I could. No Toshiba's TV's anymore.

This product was ordered approximately 2 months and 2 weeks ago as a gift. And it stopped working !!!

Purchased an open box item. Didn’t work, returned it and employee could get it to work. No replacements available.

Picture quality is very bad which meant i had to use a stick to access my apps. This didnt help due to the reason i got the TV.

Don’t buy! In the 8 months we’ve owned it, we’ve had nothing but trouble! You get what you pay for!

Returned and purchased a Samsung. The quality for sound picture etc was not good.

worked great for first 10 months. Now it has been serviced twice and still doesnt work

Wasn't user friendly, the picture was poor no matter how we adjusted it. We returned it for a Sony.
