This is solid-state drive is outstanding! It has enhance the speed of everything my laptop does. It was very simple to install. You do not need to buy the additional program to transfer information from your old drive to the new drive. All you need is the cable because this drive gives you access to that program. I wish they would've told me that at Best Buy so I could've save some money.

This is a great option for one to upgrade their PC's hard drive to a faster, more efficient SSD drive. I use this primarily to install Windows OS and applications. I have a regular high capacity HDD for various media (videos, pics, music).. Had it for several weeks now and so far so good!

I really like the product with the stand and all. Just don't like the throttle down due to heat. Makes noise and happens a lot but the product is great for what I wanted it for.

The new drive was easy to install. Reloading the O/S on the laptop went much faster than I expected.

This is a good SSD drive for the money! Only thing I didn't like about this product is the migration tool. Didn't work for me. I really like the Samsung SSD migration tool allot better. Just wish BestBuy would carry the Samsung SSD's in the stores!!

I replaced a traditional drive in an older slow Toshiba laptop and brought it back to a very usable laptop. Saved me hundreds of dollars in buying a new laptop.

Switched from a normal hard drive to solid state and the speed improvement is easily seen. Won't run my OS off anything but a solid state from now on!

Got this ssd to replace a laptop hard drive. Good price for the amount of storage. Good instructions and transfer software for installation.

Installed easily, worked first time. Increased old laptop speed by a factor of 10. Great price, great performance for any older computer.

I have Samsung in one PC and Toshiba in another they both perform very well at their jobs. I would buy more Toshiba drives at this price.

Had to download the copy software, luckily I already had a SATA-USB adapter. Imaged the drive and put some new life in the old laptop.

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop-755- S5320. This solid state drive has made this fairly old computer run like brand a new computer. No noise, programs and apps load up very quickly, and my laptop loads up, from turned off position, in less than 10 sec. I imagine they will only get better. Never again will I purchase a regular moving parts hard drive.

Drive seems to be working well so far. I can't tell a speed difference between it and the solid state I used to have in the desktop.

I needed to replace my hard drive and I was able to purchase and install that same night. The best buy rep was very helpful.

I put it an external USB 3 case and I'm using it a secondary drive for a Mac Pro. Works great for my Parallels images.

Had the main drive in my desktop fail. With the need to get it up and running asap and desire to put in an SSD, I went with this model based on the price per GB. Luckily I had some spare screws to rig it into my desktop (packaging has everything you need for a laptop) and it works like a champ.

Simple to install while reliable in longevity. The price was managable without any doubts.

I bought this as an impulse buy while getting a new TV. I got it home and realized that I needed some additional hardware to install it. I had go out and buy a SATA cable and a drive cage to all me to mount it in a standard HDD slot. Once I got that done I had no problem migrating my OS to the new drive (although it took a while to force the system to boot from the SSD instead of the old HDD). I would suggest this only for a replacement or for someone who knew what they were doing.

I only have the ssd pluged into a Sata II (3gb/s) port, but it maxes out the bandwidth.
