first i did not get the game bundle as promised its a slow laptop ad no 5g wireless unresponsive at times, wish i had not purchased it

It freezes constantly. The cursor stops responding very often. I'm getting ready to return it.

I had Toshiba computers before this one, and I have to say" windows 7 good but windows 8.1 not the best" I had problems from day one. Not very happy.

This laptop is by far the worst laptop I have ever owned. Straight out of the box wi-fi was failing. To top it off when you call Toshiba with under a week of owning the product they start telling me that because it was bought through Best Buy with a bundle that it didn't qualify for tech support. Let me see I buy your laptop that goes in and out of wifi connectivity because of a poor network adapter and you don't want to help solve the problem. Mouse constantly sticks. The saying is true you get what you pay for. i thought I was getting a great buy all the while Toshiba knows they are putting out a defective laptop. Just search Toshiba wi-fi problems on Google and you to will see. I also get faster download speed off a computer not hooked to ethernet than this laptop directly connected to my Time Warner cable. Crazy!!! I would give it a zero stars if I could. It has become useless as laptop as I have to keep it plugged to ethernet port so that computer will stay connected online.

Great sales help so far too early to tell system takes to long to star up start up not sure i like the page it opens up to nice case though

Just needed a basic laptop for my father to use to get into his emails, look up things and play games. He struggled at first because it is very different from his old lap top but he's getting more comfortable with it now.

I have been using this laptop for a few weeks for work, and it runs great. Very fast loading, never crashes, and huge screen. Using MS Office on it, and a few photo programs at the same time, and it still runs smooth and fast!

it feels like a refurbished laptop that was rebuilt with cheap parts. Don't waste your time and money. Save yourself the aggravation to come. It took me two days to unload my music and pics off of the laptop back to my phone. You will find better at a pawn shop. It is severely slow. You would think someone punked you. It's zero stars for this sh!te!

I hated the entire experience and will never shop with Best Buy again. Purchased a cpu online for Christmas. It came and wouldn't charge. The store wouldn't change out the charger and told me that I had to replace the entire cpu. They ended up just refunded my money but I didn't get the money back for 3 days. Ruined my wife's Christmas.

A good machine. I bought at the store. Needed the machine right away and didn't have time for my usual extensive research. The department manager helped me at the store and spent more time with me than I would expect a manager to spend. I was looking for a cheap machine- to run only one program (that I couldn't run on my regular laptop), but one that was reliable. He came up with this one that wasn't displayed, and that was one in the warehouse. It met my needs.

This lap top is perfect for my child. It has all the basic needs for homework.

My son needed to do a research paper and power point presentation. It turned out great! The bundle came with a case, virus protection, cleaner, and a memory stick. He loves it and it was a great value!

i bought this for my cousin and it works really well in the first months. after 8 months, the virus attacked the computer and it slow down a bit

This is my first experience with a laptop. I always had a desktop and didn't think I would like a laptop. But, It is phonominal. I love the fact that everything is at my fingertips.
