Computer good and quick; Windows not at all easy to get used to - wish they'd go back to previous Windows versions. Hard for a retired user to learn a completely different and new system.

I don't care for Windows 8. But other than that, this does exactly what I need: internet, iTunes, word processing. for college it would be perfect.

We have purchased these laptops for our kids' computer camps www.youthtechinc.com and it serves the basic computers needs. They are solid laptops for basic computer operations. I would not suggest these laptops for high end graphics or gaming. If you are looking for a good school laptop or home laptop this is a great product for the money.

It's good for basic use and for the price i can't complain!

I purchased this laptop to replace a more expensive one. I teach online classes and have many international students and believe I was getting viruses despite the virus protection. I decided that this time, this is my 4th computer in 6 years, I didn't want to spend as much money. So far, this computer is working well and meets my needs.

My laptop was recently stolen it was and HP touchscreen very nice and fast,I was upset and my husband said let go to Bestbuy to see what they have to offer. This time around I wasn't spending a whole lot of money I found this laptop at a reasonable price and love it.

This is actually my second purchase. I bought one for my wife and after configuring it and removing any unwanted apps I purchased one for myself and am satisfied with its performance.

This is a nice little laptop for the price. And the upgrade to windows 10 runs great on this machine. I like the size and it runs fairly cool.

I would have to say this is an excellent buy for a laptop and the brand of laptop is awesome my last laptop lasted 6yrs i believe this one will last longer. The graphics are really good, the GHz is 2.55 plus its dual core which is an added bonus for this laptop. The GB for memory is 500gb and the ram is 4GB which is made so this laptop can be used just about for anything your wanting to use a laptop for. I recommended this to anyone who is looking for a good laptop.

This laptop is good and sufficient for my daily usage. The performance is quite good for the price. But it is not for running programs that require lots of processing power. I liked the design and looks of the product though the build quality is not premium. Overall i am completely satisfied with the product for the price i put in.

This is a decent product. Purchased for use with service club finances. Like the product overall, but currently will not shut down. Just restarts. Still for someone wanting a low end laptop this may be just the ticket for them. Computer is just two months old. Have not had time to have a technician check it. Still would recommend.

The lap top is as advertised but I don't like windows 8

I didn't need a computer with a lot of speed or memory so this one fit nicely for the price.

Bought to replace a 7 year old laptop that kept giving "shockwave" messages but still performed with agile speed. As soon as day 1, I noticed lagging with basic searches and scrolling....hub disagreed however I do all the bill paying and online research on the home front. Lost my patience yesterday. Took it in to Geek Squad. They agreed lagging too much for any brand new laptop. Offered to diagnosis or store credit. I took store credit and upgraded exactly $200 additional to an HP. Much Better. If this was just my unit and not always happening (try it out in store first which I did not prior to buying online), this is perfect for college and high school students! The price is unbeatable!! I just did not want to deal again..
