This computer is very slow at everything. Would have returned to best buy but they changed their return policy to 14 days, instead of the previous 30 days so I was past that time. So far, Toshiba hasn't been any help. Hope windows 10 helps if I ever get my turn to upgrade (was free with purchase ). Would be great deal if it didn't take 20 minutes to load on start up and 10 minutes for each Web page. Freezes constantly during use also.

Love it! I forgot how big the dimensions were. The only thing it was missing was Microsoft office suite. Easy to use too! Great value!

good laptop especially for my requirements. It will be used infrequently but is fair superior to the older model we had. Upgrades to the wifi access and recognizing networks a plus.

The laptop does all the basic things one wants from a laptop. If your looking for an economic entry level laptop it is a good choice.

I use my iPad for everything but needed a laptop for preparing a slideshow. This laptop is great for download and making small projects but not for use if it's your main computer

I got this Toshiba for my mom. This is her second laptop. She likes it so far, with no problems. It's not heavy, and it has great features. It's a good purchase and a good price.

I am much happier with this product and I am getting used to the new windows software. I have been working so long on the previous versions this is great but a learning curve.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She had been wanting a simple laptop to be able to surf the web and such while relaxing for the night. I picked this one up on sale for a decent price. The machine itself is a bit slow and I would have expected a little better performance from a new system. I'm not sure that I would buy another one or recommend it to anyone unless you just want something simple to be able to surf the web. Maybe with an update to Win 10 it might be a little better, only time will tell.

So I won a $250 gift card to Best Buy and I did not own a working laptop... Now I do and I love it! I am your typical social media, email, shopper type PC user. I do tend to have at least 5 tabs open at once and on my WiFi. I use mainly just Chrome to for my internet use. I have had ZERO issues so far and I have recommended it to my step brother to take to college
