I am a fan of Toshiba laptops, if I would buy another brand, I will try Lenovo. As I expected, this Toshiba laptop works great: fast, not so many programs pre-installed, upgraded to Windows 10 in a breeze after performing some Windows Updates...overall as an advanced computer user, this product meets my needs.

This Toshiba laptop is a good beginner for my new High school teen. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but Windows 10. Good for a teenager.

Haven't had the chance to play with it much yet. Upgraded the 8.1 to windows 10. Think I'm going to enjoy it when I really start playing.

This is a steal of a computer. Bought this for my wife who only uses it for internet and Office. Pulled it out of the box and was instantly impressed. Great design and great performance. 4GB processor makes this thing fly. Would definitely buy again!

This is a good basic machine. I have a few others I use, but this one has DVD, which you don't miss until you need it. It does the job.

But it really needs 2 USB ports and microSD slot is hard to find. Otherwise a great Best-Buy.

Easy to use, I have the same laptop myself, find it very simple to navigate.

I bought this laptop for my son for school and thus far it is a great computer. I added the Microsoft office package and the initial set up of it was fairly easy. While he hasn't used it much yet, or used any of the Microsoft functions, it seems very easy to navigate through as I just played and experimented with it. For the price, it will work fine for my son's limited needs.

I've had little or no problems or issues with the laptop which I use to support two monitors primarily as a substitute for a desktop.

The laptop looks good, works ok for daily needs with one exception, which Is that wireless connection hangs a lot. Apparently an issue with new Toshibas in general with Atheros chipset. Presumably an update fixes it, but hasn't fixed mine.

One defect, the wifi used in Mexico usually disconects over several mexican conections, so if you travel with it to the neighbour country you could expect wifi disconections, even if you get a cable to get proper hotel internet conection DNS is the problem so needs to be corrected, by the way, the problem is on the DNS not in the computer. Computer works great. Thank you.

I telephoned Toshiba and got placed on extended extended hold. It's a classic example of the vendor "making the sale and running."

Works well enough but I prefer windows 7 to 8 or10. Won't work with my HP printer unless I buy a new driver disk from HP ($50.00).
