free next day delivery which was amazing!! I have had no bad experiences with my lap top,it works great! My husband has the same one and he loves his too!

I thought I did enough research on this laptop. Within the first day we realized something was wrong. My husband uses it for his home online business. Nothing downloaded, just online work and a spreadsheet. It runs so slow he is swearing every day. I've tried to do a few fixes that were suggested by other users in the same boat but it did not help. He is very upset over this. We do not have much money to spend but holding out for a higher priced laptop would have been in our best interest. I do not recommend buying this laptop at all.

I had to send this back once while still on warranty (around the 10-month mark) to have the headphone jack replaced. It lasted around the same amount of time before the same issue happened again. I am not hard on headphone jacks as that i have owned numerous laptops including older Toshiba Satellites and I never had a headphone jack break twice, let alone once. I researched the blogs and etc. and found quite a bit of complaints about this. If it wasn't for this issue which is highly common, I would have given a better rating.

This is my second one, I have one for my husband and one for myself. Its great for my school work just the perfect specs for it. the webcams a little gritty but what do you expect from a built in camera.

I was using it to back up my other hp laptop. I use it to surf internet whenever am using hp window 7 to type my research work. It makes my work easier.

Darned good laptop. I'm not terribly impressed with Windows 8.1, and I think Toshiba puts too much of their own ads on it, but it's a very nice laptop.

My 10 year old daughter bought this herself. Good for games - videos pause sometimes. Sometimes glitches on internet but she is still happy

I bought both of my college bound kids this computer. It is light, fast and had almost everything they needed for school. Good computer for the price!

I not only like the product, Ilove the service receive from Best Buy stores from Fla to Ca. The geek squad folks are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The salesman who helped us provided superior customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was very efficient and professional.

Found this laptop on line at Best Buy, ordered online, picked up in store. the whole transaction worked just as it should AND THE LAPTOP IS GREAT.

Faster than my older laptop (6 yrs). Included Windows 10 - a plus! Hard to get used to the newer technology. Recommend for older persons like me.

This is a great computer for photographers, the hard drive is large enough to hold a lot of photos and the software is great for editing files.

Fast machine with plenty of memory and drive space. Keyboard has great positive feel. Touchpad has accurate response with no jitters. Thin profile and light weight. Battery life is excellent.

I like the laptop and have not had any problems with any of the apps or software. However, the volume is very low and sometimes difficult to hear if there is noise around you, even when the volume is turned up to 100%.

I replaced a stolen Toshiba laptop that was a couple year old version. This one added Bluetooth capability which is needed. Upgraded to Windows 10 and runs smooth even with older programs.

The price was great. The screen is lg and easy to navigate. The tutorials are helpful. Thank You Krista1

My husband had an older Toshiba Satellite that finally died. This was a great replacement. The screen was larger and weight was lighter!

Bought this as a gift for family. A nice starter machine. Good size screen & storage capacity.
