Ok for a basic minimal usage laptop

I have had problems with some internet pages not working correctly, sometimes when watching Netflix of Hulu it will stop playing and I have to refresh, and not all of my music from iTunes will transfer over to the windows media player. Also, it doesn't come with Microsoft word. I'm not sure if that's how all laptops are these days but just be aware that it is one more thing you will have to purchase if desired.
